It didn't go! nothing, nada. I wouldn't mind getting the service I paid for since I've already been charged.

They service techs did a decent job cleaning the carpets in my house. However, they somehow managed to damage some of the grass in my lawn. I'm fairly sure they spilled something on my lawn, which caused the grass to turn brown and die. Called Teasdale Fenton to complain about the damaged lawn, but they did not offer me any restitution. They refused to accept that it was their service techs that caused the damage. I will not use them again..

This was, far and away, the very BEST carpet cleaning job we've ever had. In the future, we won't go to anyone other than TEASDALE FENTON!!!!!

I purchased a big deal for carpet steam-cleaning for $89. They charged me $13 on top as an environmental fee. The carpet looks like new. The smell is gone.

We were unaware that the company would have to cut a 12 inch hole in our exposed ducts of our loft condominium in order to clean them. The company was very apologetic and professional about the miscommunication.

I bought one of the "deals" on Angie's List provided by Teasdale Fenton -- 5 areas for $89. That is a really good deal! My husband added the sofa and chair to the list when they arrived. I feel that was expensive. It was another $90 for those two pieces. Amanda was pleasant and personable and I was comfortable with her in my home. I didn't see nor talk to her partner long enough to have a strong opinion either way. He was finishing up the downstairs rec room when I arrived home. The floors look great! I am pleased with all of the cleaning that they did. I also like that since we bought the "deal", for half that price, they will come back in 6 mos. and clean the open areas. I like that perk. I do have two suggestions that could improve services and impressions: 1) When I walked in my back door, the first thing I saw was all of the dirt, grass, etc....dragged in by the hoses used by the providers. I even commented, "Oh, my. What a mess!" They should clean up after themselves. I shouldn't have to spend the next 30 minutes on my hands and knees wiping up their dirt. 2) I think they should wear shoe covers. It just bothers me that they are cleaning the carpets and then walking on them, while still damp, with their shoes. Overall, I was pleased and I would have them back. I do think my suggestions would be a huge improvement, though.

The service was great. They did exactly what the deal stated. They did a great job and I would definitely use them again if I had the need. Scheduling was very easy.

Everything turned out very well. The workers were courteous and punctual, did a thorough job, and didn't leave behind any messes whatsoever.

The call went really well. The guys who did the job were very professional and worked very hard. They showed up on time and explained everything they were doing. The only issue is they left some grease marks on my carpet form their cords but I was able to get them out with stain remover. I would call them again!

It turned out well and they made it out promptly for the appointment .

Josh #1 and Josh #2 arrived promptly. They first explained what the task would entail and toured our home to see where all the vents and ducts were situated. They worked quickly and efficiently and didn't take any breaks during the job. They were very courteous. I would recommend Teasdale Fenton to anyone who is looking for a company to clean their ductwork. You will be surprised (and disgusted) when you look at the filter and see all the nasty stuff that had been lurking in your heat ducts!

They were very fast, that is not a compliment. One room I could not tell they had been in except it was damp. Did not get any stains out. The guys were polite and nice and on time, but I would prefer to have clean carpets.

Hired them because of the well known name. Did a horrible job. they were completely unresponsive to complaints. After several unreturned calls to the person I was told that I needed to speak with, I finally gave up. NEVER use this company.

Great! Punctual, very friendly. Excellent job cleaning the carpets and can't wait to have them back. They also offer a discount if you book them again in 6 months.

They showed up did the work professionally

This company came into our home to clean our duct work upstairs and down. I would suggest that they keep the suction machine outside the home. It was very messy, I had to thoroughly clean and vacuum every surface and piece of furniture, especially next to the vents. There was quite a bit of fine white drywall dirt from when our house was built. This fine white dust and dirt was blowing around the house for about 5 days. Also, you should know that the heating or cooling system is turned off while the cleaning is occurring, therefore I would suggest not to do this in the winter or hottest time in summer. The outside doors had to be kept open while the service was performed.

Everything was excellent - dryer works much better now. Provider was friendly, prompt and professional. Would use again.

Went well. Gentleman who came out was professional and did a good job. Believe me, my husband is hard to please, and he was happy with the job. Would recommend and use in the future.

The two men who came to my house were very understanding. I need to follow up about a credit.

We had a manager come out to do the work. He was punctual, explained exactly what he was going to do and how long it would take. The work was completed as explained and we were very satisfied.

The carpets were cleaned efficiently; however several stains were not removed completely.

The provider completed the air duct cleaning following some repairs that created a great deal of dust. There is now no excessive dust being circulated.

.He recommended not to do the cleaning because I have a old plastic vent and it would probably break. My vent is also short and probably not a problem. I was glad he was very honest and said I should ask for a refund because he could perform the cleaning. Just have not had a chance to do that.
