Brian was very professional and personable.but just a little "salesy". Seemed like we were buying a used car rather than cleaning service at times.

They said the air ducts didn't need cleaned.

I purchased the $199 deal for this service and was very pleased. The deal included cleaning 15 ducts. I had 17, but wasn't charged anything additional for the extra 2 ducts. I also received a discount for the application of the anti-microbial in the ducts. The technicians arrived on time and completed the work efficiently. They explained exactly what they would be doing and what they would have to do to access the ductwork. After they completed the work, they showed me all of the material they cleaned out of the ducts and how they had repaired the holes they needed to make to access the ductwork. My house was built in 1967 and I don't think the ductwork had ever been cleaned. I have definitely noticed a difference in the cleanliness in the areas around the ducts in my rooms and the mildew odor I was smelling near one of the ducts is gone. I would definitely use this company again for duct cleaning.

We had a very small area of drywall near our air conditioner condensate pipe that leaked that had developed mold/mildew. Because we were selling our house, we wanted to be sure there wasn't more to the problem and get it taken care of in a professional way. We worked with Paul Harkins, a certified mold remediation specialist, and were extremely happy with our experience! He and his team inspected our basement to verify there wasn't anything more of concern, and then removed and cleaned up the spot by the air conditioner. Even though we were a really small job, they were extremely professional and willing to work with us. Given we were getting ready to put our house on the market, they were also quite responsive in getting us fit into their schedule quickly.

They were punctual and professional. Only problem was that they missed a few of the vents. We were moving and there were probably boxes around them. I just wish they had thought to ask us or move a box or two over to check. Especially in rooms where the vent they missed was the only vent. They should have known that there was a vent in there. Overall happy with the experience and would probably use in the future.

I bought an Angie's List coupon for 199.00 which was supposed to be for vent cleaning from a discount of supposedly $400. The ad makes it seems like it will cover the whole house. I had to contact company even though I emailed on Angie's List dates that I was available. I finally called them. They showed up and then proceed to add a 12.99 "environmental fee" and then said there was an additional 19 vents and it would cost an additional money - making the additional cost $297.99. So the total for the whole deal was $496 when it was supposed to be discounted from a total of $400. I was really disappointed because I thought it would actually be a good deal, but in the end it was a bad deal. Angie's List was easy to deal with and has started the process of getting me a refund.

I thought they were professional. I did see improvement in the air quality but maybe it could have been a bit better.

They were really great. They were very personable they kind of explained every thing before they got started, they were very quick, they did not take long. and they did and excellent job on the spot that i need them to get.

The guys called when they were on the way and were finished cleaning with great efficiency. Before they started we did a walk through of the areas to be cleaned and we talked about some discolorations that were not likely to come out since these were not stains. I was very pleased with the job they did. They offered me additional options, but at no time did I feel like they were pressuring me to buy services I didn't want or need. I used an $89 AL Deal and then added sanitizer. Tax and environmental fee are also included in the cost of service listed above. After a less than acceptable customer service experience with Howard's Cleaning Service on a downstairs room (I had an expired AL Deal that they still accepted), I called Teasdale to repeat the job. Teasdale will be my go to from now on.

It was fine. The items dried in about 10 hours which I felt was pretty average.

We just moved into a new house and during the inspection we found out the dryer vent was completely blocked. Got the $75 coupon for dryer vent cleaning from Teasdale Fenton. Josh & Josh arrived and were very friendly and professional. Got to work and after some inspection discovered the dryer vent had come completely apart in a spot that was inaccessible. That didn't stop them from trying for 15-20 minutes to figure out a solution to reach it and fix it. They finally had to give up but we really appreciated the extra time they spent. Then since the dryer vent never got completely cleared because of the break, they didn't charge us for the visit but said to call as soon as we get it fixed and they would complete the job. I really appreciated that.

It went fine. I didn't know cold air returns were also charged $15 a piece. So the cost was $105 than anticipated. Anyone that buys the angie list special should know that returns are included against your count of 15 ducts. The work was done in about one hour, a lot of cash for one hour of work. The workers were polite, prompt, and professional.

We purchased (2) 5 rooms for & 89.00 deals though Angie's List. Scheduling was easy, two friendly and informative representatives arrived on time. They explained what was to be done and applied to the carpets and then set about doing their job. They kept us informed about spots they found, some we didn't know we had. They were able to remove all but one rather small one. We were very pleased with the results.

They left a mess, so we will never use them again.

They have excellent customer service. The first time they came to steam our carpets we were pressured to pay for additional services. We were not pleased. My husband called the customer service line and were given a complimentary cleaning. The second time they came out it went well. They did a fine job.

I had full house duct cleaning done. The guys that came out were professional and really nice. They explained exactly what they were going to do and did a really thorough job. I explained the places I was most concerned about and they took extra time with it. They did show up about an hour late, but they called in advance to let me know. They said they were booked on another appointment that had run long.

The company was very honest in telling me that my air ducts were not dirty, after they did an inspection.

It was pretty good. They were fine. I did have to vacuum in the house afterwards, maybe a little bit of glow back or something, but they were overall very good. I kind of expected that.

They never got in touch with me to schedule.
