Showed up on time and very informed on his service.......Very Professional.....

The tech was able to use most of the inspection panels on our new furnace. This is a push-pull system meaning that a vacuum is pulled in the furnace plenum while the vents are sprayed with high pressure air to release any dust and dirt into the filtering machine hooked up to the furnace. An air freshener was also added making the house smell great when he left. The amount of drywall dust and lint was considerable even though we did our best during remodeling. We plan to use them soon to do the carpet cleaning now that all the ducts are cleaned...

I had an ill animal and they did a fantastic job cleaning.They were very personable and professional and helpful.

Even though I was the last house during a long day, he was thorough, professional, and did an excellent job. He put plastic squares or tiny foam blocks underneath all the furniture and explained that it would take about 6 hours to dry completely. There was no bad chemical smell which was a big concern for me since we have two birds and a dog with chronic bronchitis. The carpets looked new when he was finished and they hadn't been cleaned in 5 years so that's saying a lot!

All was very good, I gave a "good" on quality because of pet stains, not the carpet cleaners fault that all would not come out of carpet as the carpet is old and being replaced in the next few months. They did a really good job and Anthony was very professional.

The gentlemen who did the service were there while my wife was at home with our 4 year old. They were very polite, respectful and very engaging with all my inquisitive 4 year olds questions. They called and asked if they could show up early to perform the services and were done well within the provided window when I booked the service. They did a great job of capturing the dust they were "stirring up" and did not leave the house a mess after they were done. Would definitely use this company again in the future.

Quick, easy, affordable highly recommend

We used the Big Deal for Air Duct Cleaning. We called to schedule the appointment and were told up front that we are responsible for the Environmental fee and taxes so this was no surprise. The two technicians arrived on time, explained the process and cleaned up after they were finished. We have noticed a big change in the amount of dust in the house. We have two dogs and have never had the vents cleaned so we were very glad that we decided to have this completed. Overall great experience.

Called on Aug. 11, 2014 to schedule dryer vent cleaning .They wouldn't schedule to clean dryer vent because the vent outlet outside, is on second floor. They don't do those. Need a ladder higher than 6 feet to get up there, so they refused and said to contact Angie's List for a refund.

The gentlemen arrived on time and went right to work. However, there was an issue that prevented them from performing the work. They were very clear and polite and explained everything from beginning to end. Although no work was performed, I would definitely recommend them to others in the future, particularly for their service in person.

Our house is on a slab and because the furnace is straight on the slab, this company's system of vent cleaning will not work. They suggest we find someone who uses a roto brush system.

They did not do any pre-treating of spots like I have experienced in the past with other carpet cleaners. The whole thing took about 20 minutes. Carpet did look a little better afterwards. Not quite like I had hoped but fair for the price.

Left some dirt marks near a couple of the vents...just had whole house painted prior so I was a tad disappointed they didn't clean those dirty marks before leaving

I bought the Angie's deal for $89.00 (tax and $12.00 water disposal fee not included). I had an overall good experience with Teasdale from my first contact with the company. They were prompt, professional and responsive. I only had one minor complaint which they promptly addressed. I had some tough pet stains (specifically blood) in a specific area that I wanted them to attempt to remove or at least lighten a bit. This was mentioned on the intial call to set up a time for the cleaning and she assured me that she made of note it. When their representative arrived, he had nothing to treat stains and wasn't notified as such. The gentleman that cleaned our carpets was apologitic, very professional and assured me that they would redispatch someone with the appropriate cleaners. He cleaned the rest of the carpet in my home with a great result. I followed up with a call to the company two business days later and talked to them about the spots. They apologized and said their was a break down in communication with their notes that weren't transfered to the invoice. We had low expectations that the spots would come up as did Teasdale when speaking with them. To their credit they kindly dispatched another person to service the blood spots with a treatment that had little result. However they did what they said they would do, all I wanted was an attempt to remove/lighten the spots and they made they attempt on the the second visit. Blocking a four hour window for someone to show up to treat stains for a few minutes (that should have been treated on the first visit) is a little inconvenient. I was satsified with the overall result of their carpet cleaning and would use their service again.

Their communication regarding this issue was clear and they made sure I got taken care of. I have had the Big Deal refunded.

My problem is not with the quality of the work. My problem is that, after I already purchased the 5 room deal for $85 and specified the rooms I wanted cleaned, the company charged my credit card for an additional $170 without consulting me at all. No explanation was provided as to why this amount was charged to my card, and I wasn't notified prior to the charge being placed on my card. They just did it automatically. In my opinion, this is not professional and I will not be using them again.

This was for my daughter's home which was built in 1845. They did a fantastic job and were there for hours. She was very impressed with the workers and what they got out of the vents. Would totally recommend them to someone else.

Great to work with and ducts are spotless. Only minor problem was scratches were left on the hardwood floors from their cleaning machine. I had to go out of town for the day, and they locked up the for me after they were done. Overall great experience!

Well it was fine, but they couldn’t do work because my furnace was too old because of the way it was connected.

Everything went very well. The guys were very professional and competent. We were very pleased with the job.

Roy, my cleaning technician, called to tell me he was on his way. Once he arrived, he asked if there were any trouble areas that I wanted him to pay special attention to, and asked me if there was anything that I didn't want him to bother to move or if he was to shift things as needed. He told me that it would take approximately 45 minutes to complete the cleaning and then he would be out of my way. Not only did he address the issues that I remembered to tell him about, but he got out a stubborn stain that had been on my floor for years after someone was sick on the carpet, that I forgot to tell him about until he was almost finished cleaning the whole house. That stain is completely gone and I can't even tell that the stain was ever there. He also removed the stains in a high traffic area that I had tried multiple times to remove and had failed miserably, and he got spilled pop and other snack food stains out of the carpet in the living room. Roy was also very personable, explained what he was doing it and warned me to be careful going from the wet carpet to the hardwood floors because it would be very slick an he didn't want me to fall and get injured. I really enjoyed his presence while cleaning and he was careful not to harm any of my items that had to be moved while he was cleaning. When Roy was finished, he told me what I could return to the carpet and what I shouldn't return to the carpet for a day or so (I.e. things with wooden legs or metal bottoms) unless I put them on the pads that he gave me. He also gave me an approximate time that it would take the carpet to dry. He was dead on as the next morning the carpet was dry as he said it would be. The entire experience was a positive one and I am happy that I went with Teasdale Fenton for my first carpet cleaning experience. My only complaint was a slight chemical smell in the house that I noticed that lasted less than 48 hours. I may have only noticed it because I have a very keen sense of smell, but it quickly dissipated and my entire house smells much more fresh than it has in a very long time! Overall, am beyond impressed with their service.

It went pretty good. Other than the price, I don’t think they could have done anything to improve the service. With regard to price, I don’t know what to compare it with, so I don’t know. It seems expensive to me.
