They did a horrible job. My carpet looked worse after they left than when they came and it was so sopping wet. I never experienced anything like that. I will not recommend or use them, again.

There was confusion about making the appointment. I called & made it & then got an email a few days later about making an appointment. The guys that came to clean the carpet were personable but kept trying to upsell other services. I was also charged an additional disposal fee which I had to write a check for. Interesting since I had watched them dispose of a liquid in my front lawn before they came to my door. They worked very fast, over wet the carpeting & did not extract enough of their solution. This left a lot of the dirt still in the carpet & it took a full day to dry even with my setting up fans to help dry it. I normally clean the carpet myself & decided I would not waste my money again on having someone else do it.

They have several different types of carpet cleaning vehicles. This is our third time using them. This time they sent a smaller vehicle with presumably a weaker vacuum. We could tell a difference. It still cleaned, just not as well as the other type of vehicle.

I was really pleased. They were polite and did a good job.

They were on time, efficient, friendly, and professional. And I loved how my carpets looked. I am not sure that I would do the tile/grout cleaning again. Given the number of rooms and the need for pet treatment, it was too expensive to do very often, although I received a coupon for half off within 6 months, so it may allow me to continue to use this service.

The man came and wanted to charge $80 more for cat and heavy soil. But my Mom is an invalid and we only needed 2 rooms where the aids walk around. So 2 rooms (not counting under the dining room table or couch etc) just the walking area only and only around her bed (not under the furniture) for $169 was way more than expected.

The carpet was looked remarkably cleaner after cleaning. My cat had damaged it, and I could actually used it again after cleaning. The young man (I wish I had his name) who cleaned the carpet and delivered it to my home was professional and helpful. I would definitely call Teasdale Fenton again.

Very happy with the outcome. I had to reschedule my appointment since the DR carpet was wet from my attempt to clean it myself. My only suggestion for the company is to have the CSR who is doing the scheduling ask if the carpet is wet. I appreciate that the techs who came initially had explained why the could not clean it that day. Price paid included teflon application and a senior discount.

Before finishing our basement, Teasdale Fenton came in and did mold remediation. This service made us feel more confident in investing in our basement. More importantly, it made our house safe for our family. Thanks for being there for us in a time of need!

Teasdale Fenton did an Awsome job cleaning our tile and grout. All the tile and grout are much cleaner now. They did a fantastic job especially on the traffic patterns. Thanks!

From the time the estimator came out to inspect my home I knew I had selected the correct company. While they were not the cheapest they were very knowledgeable about the process and made me feel at ease. The technician's that responded were walked through by the estimator and I felt as if my job would be done correctly. I was informed of the steps throughout the process and was left with a basement I could now make into my dream basement. I would refer Teasdale Fenton's remediation crew to anyone that is in the same boat. Job well done.

Ryan, arrived on time and called 20 minutes before. He was very professional and walked us through what he would be doing as we walked throughout the house and basement. He did up sell us on something that would reduce allergies but I was okay with that. He finished in about 3 hours and we felt like he did a thorough job.

No Complains with the service. However, most of the stains remain as it were before the cleaning.

Did the work required and fairly quickly.

I had originally just wanted to have one room done, but they looked at the carpets in my other rooms and since they were too bad off they offered to do them as well. I was really satisfied with the work they did. They were extremely helpful, explained what needed to be done and showed how they would do it. I was really pleased and I would highly recommend them.

Service rep was very friendly and nice but did not check filter or clean the vent up to the filter. Had just bought the house and thought everything was good and clean. Have useful them at least 7 other times for carpet and hardwood cleaning with good results. When furnace rep came to check furnace he showed the enormous amount of hair and dust in the vent and also the filter. I emailed Teasdale with photos and my concerns. I asked for a refund or a credit off a future order since I was a longtime customer. I was told the rep doesn’t check the filters and they would have a different department call me on Monday. No one ever responded to me. Obviously I feel if the rep cleans the vents it should be all the vents and if they can’t change filters they should at least check and advise the homeowner if it needs to be done

They have an available deal, $99 for 5 rooms. I did want additional services and he gave me a quote of $300. He then said he would discount the service, but then an environmental fee got added, and then he said no, he would not discount the teflon. It went round and round until I realized he kept discounting things, but then adding fees to stay at the original quote for $300. He'd make it seem like he was giving me a deal, but never actually took money off. I did not have the service done through this company.

The team initially was not able to clean our ducts due to some asbestos-based material on the duct work, but they quickly brought the issue to our attention so we could have it handled. Once it was sealed, they returned promptly and professionally cleaned our duct work.

Well. But they never responded to my email about the overcharge on the sales tax

After checking the top floor of rooms as he was working on another floor, I saw that the carpet was still filthy for about an inch from the baseboards. I touched the areas and they were not damp. He did not close doors and do the carpet behind them. I asked him to redo the whole floor, which he did. The other two floors were not as bad, but not satisfactory. I was afraid to ask him to redo. i would not recommend this horrible company to anyone.

Not well. The guy who did the work was not professional at all. When he pulled equipment through a window and dragged it to rooms it skinned up my walls. He got my carpets too wet. It took four days to dry. I felt $179 was too much to pay. Apparently the company I paid subcontacted to Teasdale Fenton. Bad experience.

They arrived on time and seemed to be doing a good job. This was the fourth time I have hired this company. When they left, they left a huge box of cd's and tapes in the middle of the floor, that i had to move out of my way and it was extremely difficult, because it was so heavy! Two or three of my vents were not replaced properly and when they came in they re-set my furnace from auto to on. When they left they did not turn it back to auto or let me know and my furnace has been running non-stop from 11/30/17 till today, 12/11/17! Needless to say, I will never hire them again!
