While they cleaned the ducts and scheduling was OK, we weren’t too thrilled as there’s still a lot of dust.

They were wonderful. They were very attentive. They did an excellent job. They even gave me a coupon for some money off in the future if I need them, because I have pets so I'm a frequent flyer with them now. They're a little pricey but they're worth it.

THEY DON'T CLEAN 100 % ALL MY DUCT, THAT DON'T MEANS THEY DON CLEAN DEEP MY DUCTS ( ALSO THIS WAS NOT DONE) THATS MEAN IF THE DUCT IS 20 FT LONG THE ONLY INTRODUCE 12 FT LONG DIVECE, , LATER i OPEN SOME AREAS IN THE DUCTS RETURN AND i HAD A LOT OF GARBAGE THERE.

They did a fine job. I had to clean up after them. They left a lot of dust and stuff in the basement. They didn't clean the vent from the wall to the back of the dryer. I thought that would be included. They only did the duct work that was in the walls. They did what they were asked to do.

They were fine. They were at my home for about 2 hours. There were no additional fees associated with the deal. It was a good deal for the price, but I'm not sure how in-depth they went or could have gone.

had a lot of old stains in my carpet from kids and pets. I had really given up hope that they would ever come out. I had used other carpet cleaning services with little success. The stains would always reappear over time. They sent out two guys named Jeff S and Chris. They were both very professional from the time they arrived. I walked through my house with them and we discussed what the best process would be for each of the problem areas. They went to work and had it done in just a couple of hours. All of the stains came out including a rust stain that was left behind from a previous carpet cleaning where that company left a metal foot on a trunk to sit on the wet carpet. I wanted to wait to submit my review because I wanted to see if the stains would reappear as they had in the past. They didn't! I couldn't be more thrilled with the results. I will definitely use them again and refer them to my friends.

They did a good job. We scheduled it within two weeks after the purchase because it was the perfect time. There were additional charges apart from the $89 because I had them do some more work and they charged me with a good price. But there were no hidden charges. The thing that stood about them is that they have a good reputation.

I bought a big deal for this service and it worked out great. I felt bad for them because we had to reschedule it four times. But they got here and everything worked out great. They did exactly what we agreed to for a price we agreed upon.

The deoderization was a little more expensive than I had expected, but the service was quick and the technician was very friendly and professional.

The company was over booked for the holidays, they sent a technician who specialized in restorations instead of carpet cleaning. He was very clean, organized and professional, but my carpet didn't turn out the way I had hoped.

Prompt response to online request for service. Very professional office staff. Technician called in advance to let me know he was on his way. Upon arrival, he walked through the bedrooms with me to ensure he met expectations. The technician was in my home for approximately one hour. He asked me to review his work before packing up. The cleaning appeared to be very thorough and removed many/most of the stains. The cleaning equipment appeared to be high quality. Very satisfied overall.

Our air duct system will not allow a cleaning unless ducts were detached. Granted a $199 refund quickly.

He arrived on time, calling me on the way to give me a heads up. He was professional and did not try to sell us anything additional that we didn't need. He helped us understand how we can identify a problem with our dryer vent in the future.

I didnt use the deal because I ended up going with another company. I felt the other company was more knowledgeable and very helpful.

They came out today to have the service done. The technicican said that they would have to cut holes in my heater, to run the coil through the holes, to clean the vents. He said that they would patch them up afterwards. I was not comfortable with that, so I did not end up going through with it. The guy was super nice I was just not prepared to do all of that.

They did a good job. The only thing I didn't like was they had a $20 fee that they had to charge us. It didn't say anything about it in the deal description and I wish it would of.

I bought a deal through Angie's list. My only gripe is that there was an additional "environmental" charge which is BS! Work was fine and workers were friendly and professional.
