The service men arrived early and indicated that they had tried calling us to let us know they were coming early -but there were no messages on our answering machine. We didn't get the chance to vacuum the carpeting before they started cleaning - and they didn't vacuum before cleaning. When I remarked that the carpeting in our walk-in closet still was gray looking in one area (the carpet color is a light sunflower color - the same as in our family room) the response I received was that it was a filtration issue and I needed to have my air ducts cleaned. (That wasn't going to happen.) We had water standing on the hard floors adjacent to the cleaned carpeting and on the foyer floor at the bottom of the stairs. I wiped it up myself as there was no indication the carpet cleaners were going to do it. The carpeting seemed awfully wet when they got finished. The lead service man told me that water would continue to accumulate at the bottom of the stairs for awhile and that we should set up a box fan to help dry the carpeting. That suggests to me that there was insufficient effort taken to extract excess moisture from the cleaning process. The total time they were on premises to do the cleaning for 5 rooms was about 45 minutes. This included set-up and pack-up at the end. We had moved most of the furniture ourselves and the servicemen had minimal furniture to move. We had no expectation that the cleaners would move any furniture - we did it ourselves to clear areas for cleaning. I think part of the reason the carpeting was so wet is that they went quite rapidly (1 pass) over all the carpeting (indicated by how quickly they were finished.) I find that there is still dust on the carpet surface along the base boards which I can pick up when passing my hand along the carpet edge. I will do a thorough vacuuming of the edges once the carpeting is dry to remove the remaining dust. The service man remarked a couple of times what good shape our carpeting was in. We wonder if this is why we may have received a more superficial cleaning job. There was no request for us to inspect their work nor was there any inquiry as to whether we were satisfied with the job that was done. I realize that this was a promotional deal to generate business. However, I am not very happy with the way the work was done, I am not pleased that so much moisture was left in the carpeting; that there was no inquiry regarding my satisfaction about the job, and when I asked them to re-clean an area not in the immediate vicinity of a heat vent in the walk-in closet, there was a reluctance to do it and a lot of discussion about how the grayness after cleaning was due to a "filtration issue" and that I needed to have my air ducts cleaned. This was my first time using Teasdale Fenton Carpet Cleaning & Restoration to clean our wall-to-wall carpeting. I will not use them again. I look forward to going back to the company I have used previously. Unfortunately I was not favorably impressed with this carpet cleaning service and I am disappointed to learn first hand that the caliber of service is not what I expected from a long-time established Cincinnati company like Teasdale Fenton. This is why I have not ranked the price. I don't feel I can assign a reasonable price to the service we received.

They were a little early, professional and did a great job cleaning my air ducts.

Steve sanitized the carpets, steam cleaned the carpets and applied a deodorant. We used other carpet cleaners in the past, however, this was the best cleaning.

Don't think the carpet was cleaned well enough. Didn't have carpet vacuumed because they came 1-2 hrs early(not sure how early they came) I feel that if carpet was vacuumed it might have come cleaner. They seemed to be in a hurry.

It turned out great. I would get them back if I could get the deal again but as far as when they come back, it is $30 a room and $20 or $30 for mileage which is more than I want to spend. Unfortunately I won’t get them back again until they give the deal again. They were two guys and they were really nice. They are dog lovers and I have a kennel right here in my room with my puppies so for half hour, we talked dogs but I said what about my carpet here in my puppy room and they said they can do that within the deal, so they cleaned that room. They cleaned the office room which is the size of two rooms. I can’t say they did any extra effort or anything, it was in and out. I was going to pay extra for the deodorizing but I didn’t want to pay that $30 or $40 so it was just the steam cleaning. It was a very good deal for five rooms, so it was tremendous deal. They were right on time.

I initially bought a deal on Angies list, but needed the bigger package due to having more vents then originally thought. They gave me he price of the deal, so that was good. They arrived on time and did a great job, mostly cleaned up after themselves. I bought additional add ones because I have a child and want the air to be as clean as possible. They were nice and did a good job.

Crew was on time, they did the work as expected. They were very respectful with everyone in the household. They were careful not to bring dirt from outside

The service went fine. Two technicians came out and completed the work in about a half hour. They did a good job. I was surprised they only worked on the outside vents. They explained what they would do. I had no problem scheduling the deal.

Overall quite well - technicians were polite, quick, and clean. The only snag was that they had to come back a week later than originally scheduled because they didn't ask about hardwood floors (ours were newly refinished) when we scheduled service.

It took them one week to ten days to complete the work. The rug is an old family rug and was frayed around the edges so I didn’t know how it would turn out. They were very careful, thorough, and I was very pleased. The price was in a good price range

the most unfriendly service person i have ever dealt with...but he did the job. seemed very unhappy.

arrived on time and went straight to work. checked things out, answered my questions and gave me a verbal report on the condition of the system. very nice, professional personnel.

It worked out very well. They were able to take care of most of the stains even though the house is 17 years old. And they did a very good job of moving things and putting them back in place. So, it went very well.
