The good: My fiance was at the house while they were here. She told me that they were on time, all dressed in clean, matching uniforms, and were very polite and courteous. Overall she thought they were very professional. The bad: I know they did something, because they drilled and plugged holes through all of my basement ducting, but otherwise I can't tell if anything was cleaned. Pulling off the registers, it's still visibly full of dust and dirt below in most of them, and if I reach my arm down into the duct many were still full of dust balls. I just wish I could attach pictures of it.

I paid for the service through angieslist.com weeks before I was able to make time in my schedule for the service. When they called to confirm the appointment was the first I heard of the added on "disposal fee". I was skeptical about what other unknown fees would be added on once they got here. I did have several large stains and I felt pressured by the service person to buy the special "enzyme treatment". All but the 2 worst stains came out. As the carpet dried, the stains became noticeable again. The carpet was very wet feeling to me and took several days to dry. I called the company & the same service person came back within 2 weeks to work on the stains again. He applied the "enzyme" treatment again & steam cleaned the area again. One stain came out & the other did not. I have not called the service to come back out and steam clean again because we believe the carpet manufacturer, Stainmaster, should now honor their stain warranty. We have contacted the store where we purchased the carpet for their assistance to get the carpet replaced. The service person who came out, Eric was very polite but like I said, I felt pressured to get the enzyme treatment for the stains or I feared the carpet cleaning company nor the manufacturer would honor any warranty. Paying for that treatment made the good deal that I got on angieslist.com not such a good deal anymore. I'm sure the enzyme treatment did NOT cost the company $100 and I felt a little taken advantage of. Here I was with a hose coming through the window & I worried about the 2 warranties being honored. I think the cost of the "enzyme" treatment for 2 stains was way over priced. Otherwise the carpet looked really good after it was cleaned. At the corner of the driveway there is a decorative butterfly on a tall metal pole at the sight of a sprinkler head. It is there to keep people from running over the sprinkler head. Eric did run over the butterfly on the 3 ft. pole and pushed the sprinkler head down into the muddy dirt. He's lucky it was muddy enough for the head to just be forced down. If the ground was hard, that heavy truck may have broken the sprinkler head. The irrigation company was able to pry the sprinkler head back out of the mud and clean it up so that it worked.

Some problem stains were improved, some were not.

The technician was prompt, very thorough with his work, and professional. He did an excellent job cleaning the carpets and sofas. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Took about 45 minutes. We had moved most of the furniture off the carpet prior to cleaning. Furniture that remained we put on sliders for easy moving. Provided did enzyme clean which cost an extra $40 and does a deeper clean. Some deeply soiled areas did not completely clean. We had not had the carpet cleaned professionally for 2 years.

Josh, who came on Saturday, 5/9, was exceptional. He explained that cleaning our ducts would be a two man job so we had to re-schedule. He and Ryan came back on Monday, 5/11, and completed the job. Now we're all breathing better. Thank you, Teasdale-Fenton for hiring two of the brightest and best.

vent pipe has some twists and turns and was very blocked. They had to drill a copule of holes to do their work around the twists and turns. They came prepared, and had to work hard due to the blockage being damp. They just did their job, got it cleaned out, and our dryer is working much better and faster.

Teasdale's contractor was great! He was prompt, courteous and explained everything to me about the process. The whole process only took about 2 hours. I found him to be one of the most professional contractors that I has performed work for us. I will definitely use their services again.

They were able to get me in earlier in the day due to a cancellation which I appreciated. The deal I had bought did not include some fees like "environmental fees." Although they were not much more, it would have been nice if they had mentioned it when I called on the phone. I bought the deal on a Monday and they were able to schedule me in that same week on Wednesday. They were very quick with services once they got started. The main reason I wanted the carpets cleaned in the first place was to remove some stains/spots we had due to kids and pets. I started to show them the spots when they first arrived but they didn't seem very interested and just said right away "those won't come out." Maybe that is true, but I would have liked for them to have tried to focus on those spots a little more. They were quick with their work but I also felt they were somewhat hurried. I would have rather they took a longer time and been thorough. Overall, I would say pros are: -price -easy and timely scheduling -I would use again for maintenance cleaning Cons: -spot/stain removal -I would not use again for a specific stain/spot cleaning

Very professional. Easy to schedule and they showed up on time and did a very good job. I would have no problems referring them or having them back.

It went really well. The fellow that came out was very thorough and explained everything. He was so helpful explaining the issues with my vents. He did a great job, and he even showed me how to check when the vent needs cleaned again. He's one of the best people I've had come out to my house.

70It was VERY short - only took them 15 minutes. We did have to pay $20 more than the angie's list coupon I purchased. They also asked if we wanted deodorizer and stain guard on top of the purchase, which would have been $150 which we declined. Guess I thought the process would have taken longer or I probably would have rented one myself knowing it only took 15 minutes. But they were nice and professional, just never personally had carpets cleaned before.

It was good. They were very quick and they did their job. They were in and out. We may have upgraded for a dryer cleaning which is extra 20 bucks or something.

Had the carpets cleaned before I moved out and they looked great. They were on time and got it done quickly. I had purchased an Angie's List deal for $99, but then I had to pay $12 for a waste fee. I would have appreciated knowing that up front, but that was my only complaint.

They were awesome. Very knowledgeable and efficient. Great experience.

Things progressed as planned and we were ready for Thanksgiving.

I called to have one room, steps and a hallway done. Was going to do the 3 room special on here but was told my area is considered 2 rooms. So they said like $59 with taxes etc for total around $75. I explained that in the hallway my former cat had some accidents and that I was afraid smells would come up. We haven't had the cat for 2 or 3 months. I asked how much for the deodorizer and sanitizer for just the hallway and was told about $25. I wasn't there, but the technician worked with my wife and said that they had a minimum charge and that since it was such a small area that it was silly to just do that and that he'd do all the areas. When I got home the bill was for $155. I was expecting around $100. I don't see how when I explained what I wanted and was given a $25 estimate it came to 3X that. In fairness they did say when I scheduled the technician would give an exact price. But based on the fact that I requested one area, and he said there was a minimum charge and that he'd do all the areas, that doesn't go with the customer supports reps answer that maybe he had to use more product. So I give them an A for the quality of the work. Scheduling was quick and service was quick. Technician did a great job with cleaning. But don't feel right not warning others that you may pay more than you are quoted. There is some issue between the technicians prices and the schedulers pricing. Not sure who's fault it is. $50 isn't going to kill me but it's the principle of it, they did not offer to refund the difference.

They were very professional but I feel they left the carpet extremely wet. It took a day and a half for the carpets to completely dry. I mentioned this to the technician and he said there was nothing that could be done about it.
