Teasdale Fenton Cleaning & Property Restoration

The big deal service from Teasdale Fenton Carpet Cleaning & Restoration was okay, I don't know if they are the best in the world but it was alright. The only reason is that I have seen other cleaners and they have more accounts and better equipments. There were a few additional charges maybe another 100 dollars for the additional vents and things that they cleaned. It was an okay job and it could have been better. They did what they came out to do which was good. When you add up the price is probably the same as everybody else, they are not as good as you think. You think they are better but it was 50 percent more than what I thought but that was okay. I realized that we had extra things in our house or whatever and that kind of thing. They seemed to come right out and contact me and everything pretty well. It was good. They came out when they said they would. Timing wise they were good, it was really good. They were professional. They did the job well. They were courteous and it was really nice. I think they were pretty good.

I had a mix of rugs and carpets (rugs usually are not included, but one was virtually wall-to wall )so they phoned in and got approval to honor the deal. They were very professional and on time.

They offered us a price for getting rid of mold, which we didn't do. It was very expensive. They were responsive.

Work was performed quickly and well.

We had pre-vacuumed and moved the furniture in preparation for them coming out. We had anticipated using their special for the $89.99 for 5 rooms but when the technician got here (late) he told us he would only be able to honor that if we purchased a $100 pre-treatment! This was without even looking at the carpets. We were not willing to pay that so he left and told us to give him a call when we were ready for him to return.

air in house smells much cleaner but they didn't put back on any of the vents in the house. So once they were done, I had to go back and screw them all in. Annoying. We were moving into the house so doing that was not an expected chore after their visit.

Frankly, they did good work and I've no complaints about it. But to charge $50 to go on the roof to clean the vent when the Big Deal is listed as $75 is a bit absurd. Surely there's room in their deal to spell out this charge before people buy the Big Deal. Once that's tacked on, people with roof vents might find others will have better prices. It was also a bit strange that I was told by the person who set up the appointment that I would have to provide the ladder. Really? As it turned out, the crew informed me that they did have their own ladder. And as I said, the work was well done and quick.

It went well. They were professional and punctual. They took the time to explain the process and locked up the house when they were finished.

The technician was running behind, but called immediately to let me know. Showed up and got right to it. Did an excellent job. The carpets came out looking like new.

It was easy to set up the appointment. The Tech that came in called ahead and confirmed he was going to be servicing the house. He explained how the process was going to be, was very professional and explained everything in details. When he finished he showed me the filter in his vacuum for me to see what came out of the air ducts. He went over few details more and answered my questions with knowledge and clarity.

The technician who cleaned my ducts was friendly, thorough and professional. Absolutely no problem; No hidden costs.

I bought a "deal" for air duct cleaning on Angie's List nearly a year ago. I didn't schedule right away and then forgot about it. When I finally decided I wanted to get it done I was concerned that my purchase would have been forfeited due to the time that had passed. I was very pleased that Teasdale Fenton still honored my purchase since I had my coupon code. I was able to get an app't. the next day. The two workers, Ryan W and Josh H were right on time, very professional and friendly. I was very impressed that they were wearing t-shirts that were printed "in memory of" Officer Kim who was being laid to rest today. They said their boss had them made for them which I thought was very thoughtful. My only suggestion to the company would be to supply the workers with a vacuum to clean up the debris that comes out of the vents that doesn't go in their larger equipment. It wasn't a lot but I was surprised there was no clean up and I had to vacuum around each vent. One of the main things most of us women who rate companies on Angies List consider (after quality and price) is how well companies clean up after themselves. That's why I gave a B on quality. Otherwise I was very pleased with the workers and the job they did and would use them again.

What an impressive experience! Quick and friendly response from Debbie regarding scheduling. She set me up for next day for service. And Bryan R.....super great employee for a company to have!! Prompt (called ahead to give me a 30 minute ETA and then arrived right on time), courteous, friendly, super professional and really worked hard to make sure the rug was extra clean and I was happy. I rarely write reviews but I've had this rug cleaned before with just the opposite service, so it was so nice to have these guys (and girls) treat me with such professionalism and excellent service. Josh was going to go ahead and clean the dryer vent, but the nozzle on his machine broke! He was very apologetic and was willing to come back to finish the dryer vent at the same reduced cost (based on air duct cleaning). He asked to schedule at my convenience.

They cleaned one area rug. I like that they did a good job cleaning. They held the rug an extra two weeks while I was having work done in the house. They were clean.

Did a good job - I would use them again. They should perhaps change the way the list the price however, because your typical two story house will ALWAYS have more ducts than they list, which can seem a little deceptive.

They were very prompt, efficient and the results were much better than I had expected since the carpet was old and well worn.
