The carpet looks fantastic! He even got stains out that I never expected to budge and the basement smells nice and fresh. I bought a package deal on Angie's list for $79. Which they don't tell you is that there is an additional fee of $20.00 that is due as well. I feel like that should be made clear when you purchase the Angie's list deal. Aside from that, I had a great experience!

Punctual, efficient. He gave helpful tried and true tips for keeping carpets stain free, which products can actually harm a carpet or its coating, and offered to answer questions at any time that may surface in the future.

Bought the Angie's List big deal for up to 15 air vents. We had 19 cleaned. Two gentlemen showed up and were professional and courteous. They performed the work quickly. We had to pay for the extra vents as you would expect, but the price was reasonable.

Arrived on time, got right to work. The house is rather small but old, I was concerned that a lot of dust had built up in the duct work over time. I believe there is less dust in the air and accumulating on the furniture since this cleaning.

It went great except the price . T was quoted 74.00 which sounds great but then with all the extras it cost me 105.00 more, I did not had to take it but had no idea it was that expensive. Over overall I'm happy with the job.

The appointment process was professionally handled and easy to set up. The cleaning technician arrived (early) on the scheduled day and introduced himself and answered my questions. Not ever having this process done before in my home, I wasn't sure what to expect. Nonetheless, the tech seemed to go about his work diligently and expeditiously drilling access holes and connecting a large, high volume vacuum machine to the forced-air duct to capture dust and dirt. At the end of the process (which took about 1 and a 1/4 hours) the tech showed me the black and grey filter he had been using to capture the dirt and it looked like it did the job. He neatly plugged the access holes he had made. He also recommended I turn the furnace blower on and leave it one for 24 hours to capture any remaining dirt. I did so. Unfortunately, a few hours after the technician left, we discovered a lot of fine dirt covering most everything in our dinning room especially bad near a return-air duct. Our subsequent clean up of blinds, flooring, carpeting and shelves was extremely tedious. I don't know what happened but we were very disappointed with the mess. I also discovered a large pile of dirt inside the filter-access (when I change my filter) on my return-air side and had to pull that out. Overall, the cleaning dislodged a lot of dirt in our old home's HVAC system but the net result was a bit of a nightmare. I don't know if the tech made any mistakes or our ducts were simply so dirty (the ducts are over 60 years old and have probably never been cleaned) but I would not want to go through this again unless the service provider could guarantee that there would be no dust storm after the "cleaning."

I was very impressed with the initial cleaning. I had 4 years of stains built up especially on my stairs where there is the most traffic of 4 children. There was no smell, no interference in my day as they were able to come after normal business hours and the gentleman was very personable. After the cleaning, I was out of my home for 2 days due to travel and when I returned (no one had been in the house during this time) a deep stain had risen to the surface of the carpet- about 2x2 feet! I called Teasdale and left a message. The next day I was able to catch up to a representative and they were so understanding and willing to help. They sent the technician back out 2 days later and took care of the stain. Overall, their customer service was spot on and the product was very good, and exceptional for the special price. Moreover they sent me a follow up coupon if I had a repeat service done this year....which I absolutely plan to do!

They arrived within the given time range and were very polite. They requested that I show them the areas first along with any specific concerns I had about certain stains. They also moved around the heavier furniture that I wasn't able to. We then went upstairs and looked at those rooms as well. We talked about the easiest way to get the shampooer upstairs and after that, they did their job within a very short period of time. We looked at each area and they explained to me that while some of the spots looked gone, they may come back due to how deep they were in the carpet. I thought this was nice so I wouldn't be upset and request them to come back unnecessarily and waste everyone's time. I had a few other questions for them about cleaning the kitchen floor (grout and tile) and they told me what to specifically ask for when I called so the person I talked to knew exactly what I needed.

Brian did a great job paying attention to the details. Our carpet had several stains and now it looks almost as good as new. Highly recommended and will use their service again.

It went fine. They only thing that surprised me a little bit was we had to pay $13 for a water disposal fee.

I purchased a $75 Big Deal for dryer vent cleaning, and when they scheduled service they told me that I would owe an additional fee to cover the tax on the purchased Deal. I informed them that hadn't been advertised and didn't feel comfortable with that additional fee.

Everything went very well with my air duct cleaning. He came at the estimated time that was given. He went straight to work. I definitely will use them again in the near future

Many stains left untreated in every room. These were minor stains that could have been removed.

I thought the vent cleaning went well. Unfortunately, I think the company needs to replace the filter in the machine more often. It appears that the HEPA filter in the vacuum unit was very dirty. Sadly, (and I don't really blame the technician for this), when he brought the large vacuum into our basement to do the work, he inadvertently moved the condensation line from my HVAC system so it no longer aligned with the remote drain line. He didn't notice it and I didn't notice it either. Unfortunately, this led to an accidental flood in my basement. One of my basement rooms with carpet was soaked when my son discovered it two days later. This was an unfortunate accident since overwise I thought the vent cleaning itself went well.

I didn't pay more than the "Big Deal" I purchased. They did a good job. The pricing was good. They were fast. They were good. They got right here when I needed them.

Fine. They put like a protector down for free since I only had six rooms and the deal was for seven.

They arrived promptly at the specified time. They cleaned the air ducts in my house. They were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They were done within an hour. I was impressed by how quickly they were in and out of the house.

Great service. Was able to get silly puddy out of my daughters carpet!!! Will use again!

It took three contacts (one call - two emails) to finally get someone to call back over 24 hours after the initial call. I scheduled the appointment for a 5 room cleaning for the AL price of $89.00 (one assumes there will be tax) which reflects the 10% discount for using AL. The technician called about 10 minutes after the earliest time during the scheduled window (very good), arrived and was asked to pay particular attention to the traffic areas, which he did. Before beginning he informed me that while wet, these areas will still look soiled, but that as soon as the carpet dried, that would disappear. (always a bad sign when the caveats and excuses precede the work) He was 50% correct. When the work was completed I was handed the bill which I paid by check. The first problem is (and I did not discuss this with the technician) that the bill handed me was for $101.99 plus tax not the $89 advertised and book price. Excepting the tax ($7.14) the $12.99 (about 13%) overcharge came listed on the invoice as an ENVIRONMENTAL FEE. What? I searched Google looking for end user Federal Environmental taxes pertaining to this service, there are none, so I went on to the Teasdale site. On their site, in several service pricing descriptions, is the notation an "* ENV may apply" but that my friends is all. No explanation as to what it is or why, it might as well say, "We'll charge you an extra 13% after the fact because we can." Since AL customers book from the AL site, we never get to see anything about it until after the fact. This charge is NEVER mentioned on the phone, in an email or on the booking site or before hand. Really, 13 bucks? Whose gonna argue right? Well, I don't argue anymore, I'm too old. Instead, I just try to inform those within my sphere of influence about things when I'm pleased and just about anyone who will listen when I'm displease. I own four homes, and a commercial building all of the homes have some carpeting as does half of the commercial site. We have the carpets cleaned every year and this year decided to try TF since they had received the highest rating of those companies listed on AL in our area. Unfortunately, this is one of those times when the expectation from the hype was WAY overblown. This is perfectly average company who cares little about developing customers, does a very average if not somewhat mediocre job and appears more than happy to low ball you to get your business, and then upcharge with hidden fees they conveniently fail to mention before hand. Never again.... live and learn.
