Teasdale Fenton Cleaning & Property Restoration

Scheduled appointment by calling office. They gave me a date and a 2-hour window when the technicians will be over. I received an email confirmation of the appointment, a voicemail and a call when the technicians were on their way. They actually were early but they okayed it with me before coming over. :) The email had asked me to vacuum all floors prior to their arrival to make the steam cleaning effective. I had done that (highly recommended). They pre-treated the carpets and then steamed cleaned 5 rooms. One of my rooms was actually twice the size of what is considered one room; the folks cleaned it anyway! Folks were courteous and friendly. They gave me some tips on how to maintain carpets in the future, especially the heavy traffic areas. For example, they recommended using white vinegar for cleaning spots/stains. Also, since I hadn't finished preparing all rooms (removing breakables/lamps), they worked with me on the order in which the rooms would be cleaned. That allowed me to keep one-step ahead of them. My recommendation is to spend at least 20-25 min per room before Teasdale arrives. Remove all lamps/breakables and move furniture around to expose the most trafficked areas of the carpet. After the cleaning, it is recommended that we wait for 24 hours before moving furniture back in its place. The reason is that they don't want the wetness in the carpet to soak back into any wood furniture.

Great job. Jacob called before he got here. He told me what he was going to do and answered all my questions. He only offered the disinfectant product and service because I asked about it, so it was no pressure. The service is actually somewhat loud - they blow air throughout your ducts, so be aware of that. Not too loud to bother the neighbors, though. Jacob was very pleasant and it was a good experience from a trusted name.

They were amazing. This is the first time the ducts were cleaned after purchasing the house and doing a lot of remodeling. There was a lot of dust and weird things inside (like a Playstation). They got the ducts cleaned out and removed all of the debris/weird stuff. We were really pleased with their work.

3 rooms of carpet. Eric was excellent carpet technician did an excellent job.

Had sick dog and messy stains on while carpet in music. It was easy to schedule an appointment even with it being the week of Thanksgiving and the service was professional and efficient. I'll use again.

There was some concern that they would need to charge extra because we have a somewhat unusual setup, but when they got to our house, they were able to do the job for the standard price.

They did not follow up for an assessment of the job done. I would have told them what I found unacceptable if they had. I asked if there would be a mess at the beginning of the job and was told no. I din't check each vent prior to his leaving and didn't feel that I needed to. He showed me what he had removed from the system. I saw scrapes on my wooden stairs, but he proved that his machine had not been the culprit. My daughter came home from work and told me that her closet was a mess. There was dust everywhere and she had to remove her clothes and clean out the closet. This prompted me to go to each room and investigate. I had had Molly Maids clean my home the day prior, so I knew that the dust found under each of the cold air returns was his doing, not theirs. I have delayed commenting and almost did not tonight, but felt that they should followup, even if on paper instead of phone. I don't wish to share this with anyone but you as I don't want to 'bad mouth' them, but felt you should know because you are the reason I even used them.

The technician arrived at the house promptly, and thoroughly cleaned the carpeting. Was very satisfied with the job performed with by the technician. The technician was personable, professional, and completed the job in a timely manner. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for quality carpet cleaning services.

My house is 35 years old and I just felt that the ducts had to be filthy dusty. Went well. The process was a bit different than I thought it would be, but that was my fault for not asking the questions. Lesson- ask questions about the entire process. Tried to upsell me on a microbiologic spray. I simply declined. No hard sell involved.

Technician explained the work that would be done prior to starting and explained and asked for approval to make physical modification to duct work and steps that would be taken to restore and maintain functionality of the system. work was started at agreed upon time and completed within estimated time frame.

Overall service provided was fine. Was a little frustrated because the first time someone came out they would not clean because the house is old and they suspected asbestos-wrapped ducts. I advised they should have asked when I booked the appointment because we waited 2 weeks for them to NOT clean them. We had to reschedule after the ducts were taken care of - at an additional expense of course. When they did clean, they did a good job - there was quite a bit of dust and debris all over afterward but it sounds like that is somewhat normal.

The technician is kind and worked hard. After the cleaning, I opened three vents in the basement, and took photos inside the tube under flashlight. Two of them are just OK, but unfortunately one main tube still have many debris and dead insect. Those stuff does not stick on the surface. They can be easily removed if blowing. I hope that Angie list can upload those photos since the photos can speak the facts.

Provider was very responsive to my phone call and I got an appointment quickly. When I called I said we had a room where our dog had an accident and needed a pet treatment in that room and just a general cleaning in the others. On the day of the appointment they called and said they could be earlier than expected because of another cancellation which worked out well for me and I appreciated the phone call. We went over each room and what needed to be done. I thought there would be an extra step or treatment for the areas where the dog had peed but all they really did was clean and then deodorize/sanitize that area (extra charge) which in my opinion was more like spreading perfume to disguise the smell. We also had some red stains (from kids carrying popsicles) and they said those would likely not come out (I kind of figured). Carpets took about 12 hours to get dry with me putting fans out and opening windows. Bottom line, they did what I expected them to do... clean the carpets. The dirt and grime came out of carpets, but harder stains did not. And where the dog had peed, a week later I could still smell it underneath the "deodorizer" fragrance but not as bad as before. Now it's been approximately 3 weeks since cleaning and I cannot smell the deodorizer fragrance or pee odor anymore so I'm satisfied with that.

First I want to say that they did a very good job cleaning the carpets, the rooms were empty and the carpets not very dirty. Here is my issue with this company. 1. First they wanted to charge me extra for one bedroom that had 2 closets $20.00, I did not have my wallet so I said don't do them. the unit has 3 bedrooms, one without a closet and the total sq ft of all 3 rooms is under 700. I do not like companies that constantly look for claw-back money 2. They charged a $12.99 Environmental fee and sales tax -- Where is this listed in the offer I purchased through Angie's list. It is NOT, also if sales tax was to be charged it should be charged by Angie's list the seller not the provider of services. again another method of claw-back. I expect more from a company that offers deals through Angie's List

These guys were early and prepared. They did a fantastic job and I have already signed up for a new cleaning.

Did not go well. I was out of town...my daughter here when cleaned...really no effort in doing job proper. Should have made them return & do over but just did not want to deal with them.

After having a bad experience with Advanced Carpet Technologies, I contacted Teasdale Fenton. I was surprised at the relatively low price. They were able to quickly get me on their schedule at a time of my choosing. I was contacted the day before to confirm the time and the technician, Ryan, contacted me when he was on his way. He was right on time. Ryan was polite and professional. He did a great job outlining what he was going to do and how much time it would take. My carpets were cleaned to my satisfaction, but Ryan made sure that I understood that should I find and issues later that I could contact them and they would make sure I remained satisfied. I will definitely plan to use them whenever I need similar work done.

Was very happy the service this company provided. They were able to come the next day and arrived when they said they would. The workers were very professional and solved the problem I was having with my dryer. I was SHOCKED at how much lint they were able to get out of the dryer vent system. I will definitely call them in the future.

Arrived early, treated all carpets with enzyme cleaner and steam cleaned all rooms.

Called to let me know they were on their way. They gave me advise on cleaning pet stains. They were very friendly and professional, and worked efficiently.

Super detail oriented. Replaced all my flathead screws on my registers with newer screws, closed up some vents for me that I didn't want anymore, very clean, very professional. Overall they did a wonderful job.

Nice people and friendly. I admit a few stains were tough but they actually looked worst after - showed more. I am not sure a pre-treatment was used. The tile cleaning went Ok but the shower did not turn out well. OK results overall but the people were very nice.
