It worked out alright. We agreed to let them do some extra things. There was an issue with the number of air ducts that they cleaned. There was an error that it included up to 15 air ducts but it was supposed to have been 12. We were somewhere in the middle. We ended up spotting the difference with them. We decided to do an extra sanitizing. Everything was alright.

Jacob F was professional, quiet and left no mess. He is the type you want coming into your home for service projects. We appreciate the holes in the duct work were sealed properly and can recommend this service.

I think they did charge additional fees. I think that there was some tax or something that they said was not included in the price. It was another $20 or something. Very honestly, they didn't do such a great job. I would never use them again. They did a poor job.

At first the carets looked great, but once they were dry you could still see the stains. I paid over $100 more than my price on Angie's list. Just not sure about skills of cleaners. Brian was super nice and did his best. My carpets were just more challenging and they won :(

They were fantastic. The tech was very knowledgable, showed us exactly what he was doing and how often we should have it done. All in all, it was actually a pretty good time!

They did a great job. They even helped put most of the furniture back after they did the work. My neighbors even caught them as they left and ended up using them. I am very satisfied and they did an excellent job. I've never had any outside work done like that and I was just amazed by the courteousness of the employees.

The actual cleaning was fine, however I chose them based on the deal they offered on Angie's List--$89.99 for 5 rooms. That should have taken care of the entire condominium. But as soon as the provider arrived, I felt like it was one of those bait and switch deals because there was automatically a $12.99 environmental fee that supposedly is charged to everyone and the receptionists were supposed to tell me about, but didn't. So I was committed to the ~$110 or send him home. Then he is giving me a"deal" to make all the carpets look better for only an additional $30. The first bill I was given to sign was ~$140, and remember I bought the $89.99 deal! Needless to say, I didn't sign it.

The cleaners arrived on time and were quick and professional. The carpets, however, did not appear to be much cleaner after the cleaning than they were before. This was verified when we run a hand-held cleaner over the carpet and got some residual dirt up. The price and service were fine, but the quality was a little lacking.

The deal price is mis-leading in that they charged an environmental fee which I'm not aware of any other company charging. In fact, I know Stanley Steamer doesn't charge this. Thus, I wasn't happy that the cost ended up being higher as they slipped this extra fee in. I think they could have cleaned some of the carpets more than they did.

They supposable cleaned them out by using a vacuum, but continuously telling me I need new ducts and stated they used a camera? to view my air ducts and to clean them out? Did not give a comfortable feeling nor confidence in the young men that seemed to be about the same age as my son.

Everything was good, except some large stains still left in living room.

The ducts were cleaned well. Although, they did ask for more money for tax after the service... after I purchased the service, in full, from Angie's list. Thank goodness I had an extra $15 in my purse. This is the only reason they did not receive all A's.

He located the ducts. Said the paint around the ducts was probably hiding asbestos. Suggested I have the asbestos taken care of. Then he could clean the ducts. Asked for refund. Said Angie's List is responsible for refunding my $219.00.

They were terrific. Did a great job helping us with the scheduling and the carpet looks great.

I thought like it was fast. It didn't seem like a good deep clean. The guy was super nice though. They were on time. The price was good.

My dad stayed at my house to show the technician where to clean. He said they did a great job and were very pleasant and professional. I have two shedding dogs that generate a lot of hair. Since having it done, my house feels cleaner and less dusty. I wish I would have done this years ago.

They did a great job. Showed up at the time scheduled and thoroughly cleaned all areas needed. While it would be a stretch to say the carpet looks new, I definitely saw a tremendous improvement. We have 4 kids so our carpet gets a lot of wear and tear, the carpets looked great after the cleaning and they were able to remove many stubborn stains that we had.

Very thorough and the photos of before / after of inside ducts, let's say, I was glad I did not to turn on the furnace!

I can't honestly answer this as no contact was made between either one of us.

They were expensive and I didn't notice that much difference in the recliner upholstery or sofa done but the carpet was fine.

They did a great job and were highly professional. However, they arrived earlier than scheduled, which created a bit of a problem for us.
