Our technician Brian was really nice and explained what he would do. He also was very careful and asked questions to ensure that his solutions would work properly on our furniture. He did a great job on the carpets and the furniture.

We hired them for a relatively small water leak and they left me without services for months at a time. There was lack of communication and rudeness which led to bigger problems. We had to have things redone and it was a complete nightmare. We are still dealing with this issue as of now. We used them in 2013 and they did a good job at that time and that is why we hired them again.

Great! He arrived at the appointed time and got right to work. He attached a large hepavacuum to the furnace and then cleaned all the registers and return vents by snaking an octopus like air hose down each vent. Then he cleaned the main ducts in the basement the same way. He showed me cell phone pics of the main ducts, before and after. It has made a huge difference. Before the house would need to be dusted every few days, now even after almost a month there is no dust to speak of. We are very pleased and will continue to get the ducts cleaned every couple of years. We would definitely go back to Teasdale again for the next cleaning.

It went great! The technician was on time, was efficient, quick, and pleasant. He did good work, and pointed out that the previous owners had painted over the ceiling vents (which I had not noticed), which will help me prevent damage when I redo the ceilings right later. I would definitely use again.

They did a good job. They were prompt, punctual, respectful of the house, and appeared to care very much with satisfying the customer. They pre-treated stains, and got most out, except for a red crème soda stain (which they said is almost always difficult to pull out red stains). They explained the process to me, asked questions to clarify what I wanted done, and got right to work within the first few minutes on the job. They were done within 45-60 minutes. I was very satisfied with the look of the carpets. They put furniture back down on rubber blocks and told me to give it 12-24 hours to fully dry, then remove the blocks. This is the second time I've used Teasdale Fenton for carpet cleaning. They do a good, thorough job.

The service went extremely well and I feel like we got full value for our money. The best part is we are no longer victims of our sinus allergies. The coughing, sneezing and congestion when away overnight. Literally overnight. This was the best $200.00 we have paid towards this house to date.

The company was very prompt to schedule the appointment. I needed to reschedule it, but the woman who did appointments did a good job. I was also impressed with the service person who came to my house. Called ahead of time, came exactly as he said he would. During the work, equipment had some troubles, but he called several people to consult with, and had plan B. And he showed me how to effectively deal with cords- that's a side conversation. I would recommend highly them.

They were extremely prompt and polite. I gave a C for price only because the service is so simple, I'm not entirely sure how they differ from the lower cost services you can find elsewhere. But overall, I would recommend them.

I was actually coming from work in order to meet the tech and ran into a lot of traffic. They were very understanding, and took the time to set themselves up while he waited on me to get there. They were quick and courteous.

Derrick and his crew did a great job. They arrived as they said they would and completed the job in the same day. Will definitely use them again for future needs. Highly recommended!

The person was very efficient, I was able to ask him questions specifically about the tile and grout. He sealed the tile. I'm not crazy about the work that was done, but I also did not know what to expect, and they have offered to come back and re-do it. The person was very neat, clean and professional and I was very happy with how the service was done. He moved the heavier furniture for me as well as putting movers under the feet so that they would not come in contact with the wet carpet.

The guy was very nice and they were very punctual but I did not feel like they really cleaned the carpet that well.

They were really efficient. They were neat. They showed me what the filter looked like after they were done. They found a problem with our duct work upstairs. They discovered that the builders created an issue with the ducts and they fixed it. They were really swell guys. They did a good job.

Justin was the technician who serviced my rugs and he was fantastic! He was a pleasure to work with and was prompt in picking up my two area rugs to be cleaned. He called with a status update a few days after pickup to let me know how it was going. Because we were in the middle of a move, he was able to drop the rugs off to our new house which was a different location than the original pickup and made it extremely easy for us. He got out all of the dirt and stains from our rugs and they look beautiful. I would definitely use again!

Person was punctual, friendly, and efficient.

In order for them to clean the tile in my kitchen and bathroom, I had to remove everything from the rooms and clean/sweep the floors. I did this the night before and it took some time. When they arrived as scheduled the next day, they came up and looked at my condo. I told them the tiles were marble. We went back down and had to arrange for them to get the hoses up to my condo on the 3rd floor. They went back to their truck after getting the hoses out and were there for awhile - I assumed getting their equipment ready. They, then, came back up to my condo only to tell me that they couldn't perform the services because they didn't have the correct cleaner for marble. I spoke to Troy, head of operations, and he then wanted to reschedule just to do an estimate...then after that estimate, schedule the appointment to clean the floors. I understand getting an estimate because marble is more costly - but why couldn't the technicians who were there give me some kind of estimate?? How did this turn from one appointment into potentially three appointments to get my floors cleaned? I was offered a 10% discount for my troubles - but overall, just felt that they poorly communicated and were almost giving me some kind of run around. I had to tear up parts of my house and give up work time for nothing. People should beware that they do not ask for all of the information that they apparently need when you schedule your appointment.

The gentleman who came out, Aaron, spent some time on his cell phone while he was doing this work. I can't multi task however maybe he can. But there were some spots left after he was done. I had almost all of the furniture removed so as to not get in the way. I did all the work to remove it and make it easy for him, but when it came to my bedroom, he didn't even move the laundry basket out of the way. It was a little less than satisfactory. I still tipped him as he was pleasant.

Dryer was giving message that the vent was blocked. It was also taking longer for cloths to get dry. We tried to clean it ourselves with a kit we bought from the hardware mega store which had worked in the past. This time it did not. So we looked up companies on Angies list and found this one. We called and they were able to come out within a few days. They do an airflow test before and after and they were able to double the airflow after they cleaned the vent. So even though we could not see it, there was a blockage somewhere in the vent (which is probably about 15 feet long). Everything seems to be fine now and the drying times are back to normal.
