I called and scheduled for a carpet cleaning that stated $109 for 5 rooms and stairs. It was easy to schedule and they were on time and did a thorough job. I gave a B because the total charge was $131.42. They added a $15 environmental fee plus tax. Just be aware if you are using them.

We were so grateful that Teasdale Fenton was able to redirect a crew during the same day we called, to swing by and clean carpets in the living room and master bedroom that had been soiled by dogs. We called in the morning and they were able to stop by around noon. The two gentlemen that showed up were courteous, polite and professional. In addition to the cleaning, they also applied a pet treatment to disinfect the carpet - an option we gladly paid a little extra for. They did a great job, and were in and out within 20-30 minutes! We were so happy that they were able to squeeze us in on such short notice. We've used them before and will continue to use and refer them.

Great! Although we had to reschedule for a week later, Ryan was communicative, on time (actually early), explained everything and cleaned up afterwards (although it was minimal). Very happy with the results (before and after pics taken) and would definitely hire again!

1st good i thought, 2nd time it seemed ok third time had to argue with them to come back. It was never fixed properly.

They were supposed to come between 10-12 but never showed so I called them and they didn't have me on the schedule. They sent someone out a couple hours later and it was ok from there but the guy who cleaned let me know he was inconvenienced for having to drive from Madeira to Mason and back to Colerain. The error had been on their end, not mine, so I felt it was unprofessional of him to complain to me about having to go out of his way.

Pros - Provider was very responsive and communication was excellent. I used Angie’s List to request quotes and this provider responded within an hour. Work was scheduled quickly. - Service technician called ahead, was polite, and took the time to explain the process and the work that was to be completed. - Pricing was very good (if requirements were met – see below). Cons - Six registers (@$15/each) located in the finished basement ceiling were very likely not cleaned as the louvers are kept shut in the summer months and cannot possibly be opened without using a step ladder. No ladder was used by the service technician other than one provided by me for access to the main trunk lines. Step ladder was provided after discovering technician using a chair to stand on. - Access holes drilled into the basement duct work left shards of metal on the floor that were not vacuumed or swept at the completion of the work. A few pieces of sharp metal were later found tracked onto a carpeted stairwell. - Debris was found on the floor and on furniture around a few of the return vents, likely a result of the compressed air used to clean the grill. Although I suspect this may be common and normal, I also suspect leaving it there for the homeowner to clean up is not. - Technician did not wear protective shoe covers when walking across carpeting as is typical for most in-home service work. This is particularly notable for a company also in the carpet cleaning business.

Terrific. Josh called in advance to let me know that he was enroute and arrived right on time, prepared to get to work. He explained the process to me clearly and had the job completed within two hours of arrival. This was our first HVAC duct cleaning since we bought the home 30 years ago, and apparently it was well overdue. Josh was very professional and cleaned up everything prior to packing up his gear, leaving the house in good order.

They're on-time. They do the job they're suppose to do and do a good job. They're efficient.

It went very well. The tech, Ryan, was punctual, knowledgeable, throughly explained process and left the site clean.

I called and Teasdale Fenton came the next day. Gentleman was very professional and did a great job.

Didn't Clean up around work area. Charged $75 unlike the $72 posted in deal.

Ok, except you have to spend more than 3-5 minutes on a room and need to suction up more water and not leave the carpeting so wet. When it is left so wet, it shows you did not take the time to properly clean.

Work was well done. I had some asbestos tape that was contracted with another company. Teasdale required that to be taken care of before any work done. It was done very quickly. Two guys performed the work. There was gobs of dust removed. It took around three hours, mostly because I had never had the ducts cleaned before. They cleaned up and charged me for the cost of the coupon,bplus the extra air duct. I will use them again for regular maintenance.
