Excellent, employee worked very hard to get carpets clean.

They do great work and we love their service.

They did a good job. The best part of the whole thing too is that they had this other special service I purchased from them. It smelled like a camp fire in the house, because of the people that lived there were burning wood. It smelled so bad in the house. I purchased something to take the odor away, and it smelled ten times better. Everything was cleaned when they left. It was excellent value. They were not punctual. They called and said that they were 10 mins away, I told them that I do not live there and said that I can be there in 30 minutes. I rushed over there and waited. I had to call them and they said that they took another call because I was not available. That kind of ticked me off. It did not start on a good note, because I was kind of irritated., but they apologized.

Excellent job - will use them again.

We were selling our house, and the carpet hadn't been steam cleaned for several years. Thought we might actually have to replace carpet in some rooms to please prospective home buyers. But "Daniel" with Teasdale Fenton did a great job ! He was able to remove some spots I thought were hopeless. After the job was done, all rooms looked 100% better, and we didn't have to replace any carpet. Daniel was very professional and extremely thorough ! Definitely recommend Teasdale Fenton.

They did a great job and went above and beyond. There was a massive clog deep on the inside of the vent pipe, the took pipe apart from the inside, cleared it out and finished the standard cleaning

I was not happy with the cleaning at all. I have never had a carpet cleaning company not move furniture to clean the entire room. but even the open areas are not as clean as they should be if it was performed correctly. I will not use this company again and have no idea how they got on Angie's List.

I had five rooms cleaned. The service provider, Branson, was punctual, friendly, professional, and polite. He called about 45 minutes before he arrived to give me an estimated arrival time. I was also given a two-hour window when I scheduled, which was very helpful. He did a great job and the carpet looks brand new. The whole process only took about 30-45 minutes. Initially, there was a scheduling issue, as the company forgot to email a confirmation based on the availability I provided to Angie's List, and came out to the house when we weren't there. However, they were great about rescheduling right away, so this was actually a positive example of good customer service (it was more of an inconvenience to them, rather than me since I didn't know they were coming in the first place). The scheduler was very polite and professional and apologized for the scheduling issue, and said it was related to a recent re-shifting of internal job duties. If you purchase a deal, just call to make sure they set a time if you haven't heard from them in a day or two. My only negative feedback is that I purchased a 5 room deal for $99, but was offered a $50 pet treatment plan and a $50 Teflon coating, once he was there. Essentially, these sounded like "must-haves," as I was told without them, pet odors would be released through the steaming process and without the Teflon coating, the carpet would get dirty a lot faster. As such, the $99 deal became a $200 cleaning. That's not an unreasonable price, and again, I was overall pleased with the service for the price, and still think it was a fair price for 5 rooms, but I would rather have known about the up-charges in advance, rather than to think I was paying $99 and be surprised that the price, for a quality product, was actually twice that. It sounded like the product without these additions wouldn't really be that great, so I felt like I had no choice but to pay the up-charge.

The Teasdale Fenton personnel arrived on time. The work was done in a timely manner to our satisfaction. Their personnel were very personable which further enhanced our experience with them.

They initially sent over one technician who was unable to correctly use the HEPA filter, which resulted in dust all over my home. I called the owner and she immediately sent over two men that carried the machine over my stairs, and completed the job excellently. I was very impressed with how quick the owner was to fix the situation, and how very polite, professional, and knowledgeable the technicians were! I would definitely use them again.

OK, Felt like they went to fast and missed some places. I asked them to go over some again and they did. Still felt like the could have taken some more time. Im talking 5min would have changed the whole experience for the better. I felt like they wanted to sell me the upgrade that was mentioned at the beginning.

-Scheduled for 11-1 p.m. Thursday, October 6. -When no one had arrived by 2:30, I called and was told company would be here within the hour. -No one had arrived by 4:00, so I called again and was informed that current job would run until at least 4:30 and company would be here around 6 p.m. - Time was not acceptable for us. -They offered to reschedule at our convenience. -Arrived promptly Saturday morning and did a great job! Very pleased. -Appreciated the company's willingness and flexibility to work with us.

Telling them when they arrived about my pet issue they charged an extra. $30 per room for an enzyme cleaner but did an excellent job

They came in and did an assessment, and indeed found mold. We told them we wanted the mold gone and to get rid of the smell in our basement - they suggested a carpet cleaning and mold removal process, and we agreed to it. From there, it went downhill - scheduling was a nightmare. They told us it would take a certain amount of time to get results from the mold test, and it took nearly a week after that. We eventually got the number of a tech directly because the rest of the customer service was so bad, and he told us what was going on. Then, 2 guys showed up to perform the service, but they didn't seem to know what they were there to do. I had to have them call the tech we'd been talking to and verify what needed to be done. They were in the basement most of the day, loudly playing their music. They did another test and confirmed the mold counts were gone or at safer levels; however, our basement still smells and they did not isolate the problem nor seem to try. Once the bill came, we also found several charges that we had to correct, and they were threatening us if we didn't pay even though they were the ones who needed to correct the invoice. I still feel uncomfortable that the job may not have been adequately done and that the smell has not left the room.

They were outstanding, professional and very thorough. Would use them again!

Overall, satisfied with the service. The technician was very courteous and went above and beyond. During the cleaning, he found that the previous homeowner had been using one of the vents for tobacco trash. This was a very disgusting task. The only suggested improvements are to have the techs wear shoe covers and to cover the other vents while cleaning. The tech cleaned up around each vent, but there was quite a bit of dust left over in most rooms.

Everything went great! From the moment I called to schedule until the serviceman left, it was a very positive experience. The person taking my call answered several questions and was able to give me an estimate ahead of time. The serviceman showed up timely, as promised, and did a really great job. I can't say enough about the wonderful experience with this company! We will definitely use again in the future. Highly recommend!

They did a good job overall in cleaning the carpets throughout our home. The technician was on time (early actually) and was helpful in explaining what they were doing and why. The main thing I want to share is their responsiveness and customer focus. For whatever reason two small areas of the house did not get cleaned. Instead of a lot of finger pointing around who owned the miss the supervisor on duty had the technician return to complete the work. This happened within two hours of my contacting them and making them aware of the issue. Not many companies are this responsive and wanted to make sure I shared this experience.

It went very well. The service technician, Mike, that came was outstanding. He was very friendly. He asked questions to get exactly what we needed and followed through.

Rugs look clean, the colors are brighter. Company is absolutely terrible with communications, managing customer expectations and even, logic. For instance, when they delivered the rugs back, they told us it would cost $25 per rug to unroll it and place it in the room, which I declined. But they expect me to sign a paper saying the rugs are nicely cleaned while they are still wrapped up in paper. On pick-up we were given an 8-12 4 hour window for pick-up. At 12:15 we called them, since of course we heard nothing. At 12:45, they called back with a lie that they were "stuck in traffic" for 20 minutes (it is a lie, because 20 minutes would still have made them 1/2 late and of all their personal problems, traffic was not one of them). There should have been a call at 8 am saying where we were on the schedule. There should have been a second call at 11 AM saying they were running late, etc. Nothing until we had to call them. We asked for an estimate before they cleaned the rugs. They said they had to look at them first. Estimate: nothing. They called yesterday saying the would deliver this afternoon, but we had scheduled last week for the morning because we were busy in the afternoon. Still no estimate. They called this morning saying they would deliver this morning, still no estimate. They will do a nice job cleaning their rugs and the people that pick up and deliver are very nice, but institutionally this is a dysfunctional company with no understanding of customers or communication.

I was extremely disappointed with the service. The service man did not wear plastic on his feet which I do not care for. He did not move one piece of my heavy furniture, not even my coffee table. I would expect that and for plastic to be put under the couches. Not at all. It took less than 30 minutes and the bigger stain I was concerned about did not come out. He seemed much more interested in selling me the "extras" than doing a good job so I would use this company again. I would never recommend them to anyone. It was a waste of my money. I was very displeased and would have expected more from the reviews I read.

It went good. They did a very good job. They do a good job and the rugs were cleaned well. Everything was great and wonderful.

Not well. Have used them before and they did a good job. This time not good. Did not move a small nite stand in bedroom because had a lamp on it. There was also a small divan that could have easily been shoved over and cleaned the carpet where it was situated . Then they pushed a "Teflon' spay that my daughter approved since I was not home when they started the job at $20 a room which I would have not approved. Finally they charged a $12 environmental fee to dispose of the "dirty water" from the cleaning. However, Ohio only requires that the water be discharged into a sanitary sewer so no need for such a charge. The $79 special ended up costing over$160 which was not worth it

Extremely well. The technician who performed the work was on time, efficient with setup of the equipment, and had the job done in a little over an hour. P.S. You can save yourself a TON of time, if you remove the vents/return covers, before he arrives.
