The team called before arriving, came over ahead of schedule, and spent about an hour going through the entire house cleaning. They recommended we get an antibacterial spray as well, given that it had been years since our last carpet cleaning, which we agreed to (just wish they had suggested that when I made the phone appointment so that I would account for the add'l cost). But bottom line, my carpet looks amazing, all the small stains came out, and the crew was fast, knowledgeable and professional. And the price was much more reasonable than larger companies like Stanley Steamer. Would definitely hire again and recommend to others!

The crews for Teasdale Fenton are always punctual (early), communicative and thorough. We have had them for duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning and (on a different occasion) carpet cleaning. I prefer them for duct/vent cleaning. They helped me choose a better deal than I had purchased on Angie's List to ensure I wasn't overcharged for more duct runs than I thought I had.

I had never had this done before and had a very dusty house. The service tech did a very thorough job of explaining what he was going to do and walked me through the process. What a difference the cleaning made. I will have this done every year or so and recommend it to friends and family.

We have been a customer for over ten years. Teasdale Fenton has changed its model. They use to come in an pre-treat and ask if there was areas that needed extra attention. Sure, they would suggest add-on services such as stain guard and deodorizer but they did clean the carpet. This time they came in and went to business with out a pre-treat. They ran the steam head over each room faster than I possibly could with a vacuum cleaner. One room had traffic stains. I would expect them to take an extra couple of minutes to clean that. I asked to have my carpet cleaned. Their solution now is an extra cost for "Carpet Restoration". For an extra $30 per room they will "restore" your carpet. So they sprayed on the pre-treat that use to be included and then spent the additional five to ten minutes to actually get it clean.

They came out with a large dust extractor and cleaned my ducts and inlets and the dust is now gone.

Very professional and prompt. Carpet looks and feels good.
