I scheduled cleaning of several areas in my home and 4 sofas. The tech arrived early after calling me about coming early. We walked around and talked about each area and thing I wanted cleaned. We had an extensive conversation about the basement carpeting. I have carpeting throughout the basement which is glued to the concrete floor-no padding. We had water in the basement following a storm@6 weeks ago-my husband was able to get the sump pump going upon discovery and we had another company in the house within 3 hours to deal with drying up the carpeting. We didn't have them clean the carpet at that time because we intended to replace the carpeting. We still intend on replacement but we are expecting family to visit from out of state and probably won't get to replacement before they come, so I decided to clean the carpets. I started doing it my self, using a Hoover All Terrain Carpet Cleaner. I was able to remove all the yellowing from @1/4 of the basement before I decided to call in professionals to complete the job. First, the office personal that I spoke to did not bother informing me that the tech would not move desks, tables, or empty bookcases. I have all of these things in the room and expected them to be moved in order to be able to clean the whole room. If I had known about this in advance I would have moved them elsewhere. The tech also informed me that, because of circumstance, he could not guarantee that he would be able to remove the yellowing or that new yellowing would not appear, because of the possible reaction of the carpet glue with the water used to clean the carpeting. Well, I was able to clean my carpets of the yellowing, why wouldn't a professional, right? Well, there's yellowing everywhere, new yellowing and existing yellowing that he didn't get up. I understood what he was saying 100% but what I want to know is, why did he leave the carpeting so sopping wet when he knew this might happen? I really couldn't believe how wet the carpets were when he left, so out came a dehumidifier, a heater, and 7 oscillating fans to aid in the drying of the carpets. I can't help but think a few passes of the vacuum would have removed a lot more water and prevented this issue. I'm very unhappy with the result and will have to clean them myself. Money wasted. There are also couch cushions on one of the couches with dirt did he did not clean.

They are always on time, polite and professional. I always schedule the first appointment of the day because I know they will be there on time and they won't be late. They always send out the same technician to clean the carpets, this is really nice because we have built up a relationship with him.

great - carpets looked great. I have used Teasdale before and they have always done great work. Very professional. I will continue to use Teasdale for carpet cleaning and vent cleaning

Bryan called about 30 minutes out, arrived within the scheduled time window and completed the work in a professional manner. We had vacuumed the carpet and moved most table-top items and small tables off of carpeted areas before he got here. I went through the space with Bryan to confirm that our areas to be cleaned were within the expected price. We agreed that the larger furniture items were not going to be moved. Bryan pretreated the more heavily trafficked areas before steam cleaning. He placed props under the smaller furniture that he cleaned under to keep them off the damp carpet. Took about 12 hours to dry completely.

On time, professional, good price, and rugs turned out well.

I have no complaints. They come in, do their job and leave. I have very little interaction. They showed up on time.

MY TECH, JACOB, WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPFUL ANSWERING MY QUESTIONS. HE TOOK PICTURES OF DUCTS AND SHOWED ME HOW CLOGGED THEY WERE BEFORE AND AFTER THEY WERE CLEANED, HOW MUCH WAS TAKEN OUT. VERY THOROUGH AND CLEANED UP AFTERWARDS.

Went fine, workers were pleasant and did a good job.

Went well although they could not start the job the first day they came out b/c we had two different duct systems. Wish they had been prepared for either system on day 1.

Ryan was my technician. He came out and took a look at the vents and told me I don't need them cleaned! I really appreciate his honesty and helpfulness!

All went well with the cleaning. But, as the tech was leaving, he dropped a piece of cleaning equipment on our bamboo floor and dented it. He said he would inform his supervisor and take care of it..................we never heard back. I would like this to be addressed

I had to have them come back and re due one of my carpets. he got tied up on a job and was 1: 1/2 hours late. The second time the carpet was cleaned properly. I will have them come again but this time I will oversee the work.

Technician was friendly and talked me through everything he was doing, showing before and after pictures along the way so that I could see the differences. It's amazing how clean they can get the air ducts. Everything went A+ until the very end when the return was cleaned in the basement. Holes were drilled into the return by the technician so that he could clean the return...and as a result, tons and tons of dirt and dust blew all over the basement and left a good coating of dirt and dust over everything. The technician did use his vacuum to clean the floor and big items he found that blew out. However, I did have to spend a good few hours after he left cleaning everything in the basement that had a coating of dirt and dust on it. I was surprised this happened, as it sort of defeated the purpose of getting the air ducts cleaned...if a lot of that dirt/dust/hair was just going to blow all over the basement.

The Guys were unprofessional. One of the workers tracked mud into my home in the treads of his "hiking/ work boots". When called on it, they never really fessed up about it or effectively apologized. The Vacuum machine in the basement kept shutting off as it was tripping it's internal breaker, But these guys kept right on blowing the compressed air down the vents without realizing the suction had stopped. I had to tell them that the machine in the basement has stopped. They seemed careless and clueless.

I was disappointed in the dirt left behind around the vents and outside the dryer vent. I had to clean after the work was done. Technician was professional and cordial though.

They showed up and they did the job.

They actually came early for the appointment.

Really nice people, and working fast. arrive home on time, I will definitely recommend it to my friends.
