Everything went well! The person I talked to on the phone to schedule the appointment was very courteous. They called the day before the confirm the appointment which was a nice reminder. The day of the appointment they called saying they could be at the house if I was available earlier. It was nice that they were flexible! They actually beat me to the house so I didn't have to wait on them. They came in and got straight to work and they were done in no time! I'm very happy with my clean carpets!

It went very well and much more quickly than I had expected. I had read reviews of dust scattered throughout after the work was done but we did not have that problem at all. I appreciated the explanation of what was going to be done before he began.

Someone from Teasdale Fenton contacted me right away and scheduled the cleaning for June 12 between 8AM and noon. She said the technician would call when he was on his way. Evan called that morning stated he was 10 minutes away. He arrived about 9AM. I had the room ready for him. All he had to do was move three chairs and two tables. He was finished in about 30 minutes and advised us the carpet would be wet for 4 to 8 hours. He was paid and we stayed out of the room. 4 hours later I went in to check on it. I found it was extremely wet. I waited another 4 hours and checked on it again. I had turned on two ceiling fans when Evan left to help dry the carpet out. On the second inspection I noticed several brown stains in various places throughout the room and the room now smelled musky or something. It was 24 hours with the fans on until we could walk on the carpet and it still felt damp. My wife saw the stains and thought they might be from rusty water. Don't know. I have a 20 year old steam cleaner I have used to clean this carpet and I have gotten it cleaner and it was dry in about 4 hours. I have also had two other professional cleaners clean it with better results. Teasdale Fenton had very good reviews here and the price they quoted was $20 to $40 cheaper than the others I had used so I decided to give them a try. I have got most of the stains out of the carpet using a wet cloth and Resolve. I will not be using Teasdale Fenton again.

I used a coupon on Angies List or Groupon (can't remember). I figured there'd be no additional cost, but was upsold on some additional services since I have pets. Wasn't expecting the additional cost, but to be fair, I didn't have to pay it either. They also were a bit quick with the entire process.

Employee was timely, thorough, friendly and worked very hard the whole time he was working. We appreciated how careful he was working around our furnishings.

The carpet cleaner arrived on time as scheduled, was courteous and carefully reviewed and explained any recommendations he had for the various types of carpets and stains being cleaned and treated. One carpet had a lot of stains made by a sick cat, and he was able to remove them satisfactorily. This was the second time we've used Teasdale Fenton and we will use them again. They're very reliable.

Very professional, courteous and efficient

After offer, made appointment, driver call within 1/2 an hour. When he showed up it took him literally 20 minutes to clean 3 rooms and a staircase. I did not think that the carpet were cleaned as I was in another area of the house. But when I went to take a look they were cleaned, even though I had a few spots in one of my kids room. Quick, efficient, good service. I would definitely use again!

The two gentlemen who showed up were very professional. Each introduced themselves before coming in to our home and extremely courteous. I received a call approximately 10 minutes prior to their arrival, which allowed me the time to put our dogs in the back yard. They evaluated the job, and knowing ahead of time that there would be an additional cost above the value on Angie's List, the additional cost was well worth the results. Our carpet is very old and had several old pet stains. They used the highest quality of carpet cleaner solution, and I was very impressed with the job that was done. From beginning to clean-up, they were here for an hour and a half. They took their time to make sure everything looked as good as they could make it. They also sprayed a deodorizer on the carpet. I am amazed at the look of the carpet now. I would definitely recommend Teasdale Fenton to anyone who needs carpet cleaning service.

quick, efficient. Big problem was they limited the amount of ducts and said, after arriving, they'd charge us an extra $9 a duct. No where in the advertising or in phone conversations was this mentioned. I thought it was very shady..

They were quick, careful, and most of the pet stains cleaned up well. I felt that our carpets were clean when they were finished.

It went well. The technician was very prompt and polite, and did a thorough job. I wasn't sure how loud it was going to be, as I gave a newborn, but I was able to stay in the house with my baby while the ducts were cleaned.

Carpets were cleaned and spots treated. Looked good.

Only complaint was the environmental fee and sales tax. These should have been included in the advertised price of $99 or added to the price up front.

They called ahead and arrived on time. They were friendly and informative about their services. They did a great job in a short period of time. Our carpet looks great!

They did a really good job. They showed me how they cleaned the furnace and the dirt that was there. They cleaned everything and it seems like it is helping.

The first time the company came out, they told me they were arriving between 2pm-4pm. They called 12pm and told me they had some cancellations and that they weren't far and asked if they could stop by. I already had the furniture moved so I left work early to meet them. When they arrived, they realized that they did not have the correct equipment to clean the types of vents we have. He called dispatch and informed them that they had the wrong van for the job. We rescheduled for today between 2pm-4pm. They called around noon again and said they again had cancellations and asked if they could stop by. I once again left work early and met them at my house. They brought the same exact van that didn't have the correct equipment. They tried to reschedule again, and I told them no and requested a refund through Angie's List.

Teasdale Fenton did a great job clean family room and basement carpet and basement stairs. Carpet was much fresher and they were able to remove stains. As carpet dried some hint of stains returned but these were deep, pre-existing stains that no one has been able to remove completely. They did a wonderful job and were very professional.

Overall cleaning was fine. Tech arrived on time and was polite. Only one small concern. Tech did not remove return vent covers and cleaned the returns with the covers on. I think it would have been a more thorough cleaning had he removed them. All I all peace of mind knowing the dryer had been taken care of.

We had all air ducts cleaned. Tried Teasdale/Fenton based on Angie's recs. They arrived early and thoroughly explained all they were going to do. The service agent, Josh, was friendly, professional and thorough. Once the ducts were cleaned Josh showed us how much dust was removed. Overall it was an excellent experience and we would definitely use Teasdale again.

Flawless. No hassle, no muss, no fuss. Guys were professional an respectful of my home.
