Description of Work: I had Teasdale Fenton clean my carpets. I was vacating my apartment for the final clean. They arrived in a timely manner and the gentleman was very nice. The floors were not dirty except a few key spots in the entry. The gentleman came through very quickly and I noticed he missed some of those spots. I had to ask him to redo several spots that he thought would not come up and when he re did them it was cleaner.

Description of Work: The technicians arrived and looked at our airduct and furnace. After asking several questions about the age of our house, construction/remodeling projects, inspecting for obvious dust on the unit, we were informed that the service really was not necessary and they would prefer to refund our purchase.

Description of Work: Very pleased!!!! Work was preformed very timely, courteously, and professionally. Bill and Chris were patient to explain the process before the work started and detailed each step as they went through the house.

Description of Work: Original service date was set for 10/3 . They came exactly on time as promised. The problem that arose was due to my error and my misunderstanding. The offer was for 10 air duct vents cleaned and sanitized and with addition of dryer vent cleaning for $199.. I thought it was for air duct return vents but it was but it was for for all air duct vents. Seems like I have 25 or so of them...some in places I never noticed I had air duct vents! Also...I guess I have have pretty high cathedral ceilings..and hadn't thought to mention that when I made the appt for duct cleaning. They quickly realized their extension ladders wouldn't reach some of the vent ducts. Rather than do a less than complete job we discussed the minimal additional amt it would cost to do all my air vent ducts and I agreed on that amt... and the need to reschedule so they could bring taller ladders.They reconvened on 10/06 and did a very thorough job cleaning all my air ducts and my dryer vent. They left no "stuff" around after the cleaning process was completed. I was very pleased with their work ethic and customer service . Our house built 9 years ago so this duct cleaning was a first for it. I didn't get a chance to see what all they pulled out of my air ducts but am sure it was a lot. I plan to call them soon to schedule my carpet cleaning ! My only recommendation is to have the appt schedulers ask about ceiling heights and explain about type of vents involved so the workers will know what to expect before they get there. I felt bad for the workers that we had to reschedule.

Description of Work: I called Teasdale to come out and perform an air duct cleaning and sanitization. They were scheduled to come out around 1 PM and called at 10AM to say they were able to come earlier this was great! They arrived on time with 2 very personable and professional technicians. He immediately picked up on that we had 2 furnaces and performed an assessment of our systems, he did an excellent job of explaining the pros and cons of having both systems done. He then took a closer look at our basment system and determined that it had probably just been done and opened it up to let me see that it was clean. He then offered to sanitize the system for no charge being that he they had come out. He was very knowledgable about the solutions that they were using. I appreciated their honesty! I highly recommend this company.

Description of Work: Bought Angie List Deal for Whole House Air Duct Cleaning for $199. I was able to schedule the service within a week of calling.This deal only included 10 vents, so I upgraded to the 25 vent deal for $249. I was given a window of 12-2 for the gentlemen to arrive. They arrived exactly at 12! Both guys were extremely nice and professional. They explained what they were doing and were sure to ask my permission before making any holes and cleaning more vents than the deal permitted. They also provided advice on some carpet cleaning. I would definitely use them again!

Description of Work: On July 3rd I had 5 areas of carpet cleaned, 4 of which was for the basement approx. 750 sq ft plus a set of stairs. That afternoon we left town for a week on vacation expecting the carpet to be fully dry when we returned. It was dry but looked worse after cleaning than before it was done. I called the next morning and scheduled a re-clean on Thursday July 12th. After equipment problems prevented them from making their schedule a a few calls they showed up in the afternoon and re-cleaned the area. A day later when dry the stains are still there very visible. At this point I went to their website to find a contact that would be able to get a solution to my problem. I put together a nice email with pictures for the listed contact : jim@teasedalefenton.com however the email bounces and does not go through! I input to their form on the website but have not heard back from anyone as of yet.

Description of Work: repaired crack in foundation that was leaking. all other providers had elaborate proposals for trenching and draining. Teasdale was the only one that actually opened up the wall to find the problem and fixed it in under an hour for about 5% of the next closest quote. Outstanding!
