Description of Work: I originally made the appt. for carpet cleaning due to pet accidents on our carpeting (urine). I unfortunately read the fine print after purchasing this deal and realized that the cleaning didn't include removal of pet accident residue or deodorizing. When I spoke with the appointment setter from Teasdale Fenton, she informed me that taxes and fees would be an add'l $20.00 on top of the Angie's List deal. When the guys came, they were great; they were efficient and professional, but I found out that I would owe a total of $160 more in addition to what I had already paid through the Angie's List deal ($89), in order to try to remove the pet urine. They could not guarantee the removal, either. I took the chance and had the do the deep clean treatment, which was actually a very small area in our basement, but with that deep clean treatment came an additional $140 cost that in the end did NOT remove the pet urine from the carpeting, so I feel disappointed that we spent the $ for the service to not do what it was meant to in the first place, however I would probably use Teasdale Fenton in the future.
