Description of Work: My vents were cleaned and they did an excellent job. More air comes out now than ever before. I only had a moment of indecision when they started telling me all the possible issues that could arise if they went ahead with the duct cleaning.

Description of Work: They did a thorough cleaning and I noticed a difference immediately - less dusting! they were a little behind schedule so they also added a deodorizer at no charge. However, they were kind of slap dash about screwing the air duct covers back in place and accidentally (I'm sure) one of the guys walked away with my box cutter (I let him borrow it since he couldn't find his).

Description of Work: Contractor arrived on schedule but was unable to perform the duct cleaning due to the configuration of our heating and cooling system. Instead, we had him do an antimicrobio treatment which I paid for at the time of service.

Description of Work: Duct cleaning. Prompt, clean, professional. Service provided less than 1 week from on- line order. A little put off by their push for additional services, e. g., furnace cleaning, but otherwise very pleased.

Description of Work: Cleaned ducts and blower fan, then applied anti microbial treatment. Left house full of dust. Cleaning fan and anti microbial treatment were extra cost. Overall, except for the house full of dust ... now that we have dusted everything the house is cleaner.

Description of Work: I believed I was purchasing all heating and air conditioning vents be cleaned. The 2 men that came explained they were going to cut holes in all major hvac pipes & hook a heavy duty vacuum to them one at a time. One guy went around the house working from each cold air return. Then they plugged the holes. Finally, I was told about an additional charge for disposing of the dirt, but they dropped it because they bent a couple of the cold air return covers. These 2 guys explained in the beginning that they were going to do this elaborate and high tech process. In the end, I pulled register covers and saw the same debris (like small chunks of plaster, screws etc.) that was why I called for the cleaning in the first place. Obviously, the process was not what I had expected it to be.

Description of Work: Ask for additional money "your out of our service area" is what was stated when I called to comfrimed the appointment. "we don't do Saturdays when it's out of area". Yet! when order was place it stated on the angie's list they do/did cover the area that I live in as well as Saturdays
