Description of Work: They cleaned a carpet that is over 10 years old in my apartment. They also treated the carpet with a product that goes down into the pad to deal with pet urine odor. I have had my carpet cleaned several times in the past decade with other companies, but NONE have ever done as good a job of out-right cleaning the carpet as Teasdale Fenton. It has never looked as good as it has since they cleaned it.

Description of Work: Purchased a special price coupon for Teasdale to clean out my HVAC system from Angie's List and then called Teasdale to set up appointment. Service person came on the appointed date and time. Was very polite and explained the process to me. I asked about moving furniture, etc. SP said that would not be a problem and would take care of that. First of all machine which was brought in was very dirty and no effort was made to protect my carpeting. SP went about working on each opening and cold air return openings. In two of the rooms large dirty marks were left on the wall where the duct came in. I believe because furniture was not moved. One room still has the marks. The other room has since been painted. It is very hard to wash this off as I tried in the room which is now painted. One room where the cold air return was located had what looked like some rather large area of oily substance left on my hardwood floor. I did manage to get that cleaned up. The last problem which occurred was really not the service person's fault, but I must report it. The cleaning machine was plugged in my basement outlet. The next day I went into my freezer in the garage and notice that the food was defrosting. I quickly checked the GFIS on the wall and notice that it needed to be reset. The freezer went on again at that point and food was saved. I believe the machine used drew too much current which caused the circuit to interrupt. And, last of all, I should have read the small print on the coupon more completely, as it only gave a set amount of ducts and cold air returns to be cleaned and I had more. Subsequently the price was almost double of what I expected to pay. | |The service person was on time and very polite and explained everything to me. | |I believe my ducts and returns are clean, but I felt that my home itself was left dirty and I didn't expect that at all.

Description of Work: THe appointment was scheduled for 8-11 AM, the tech called at 8:03 AM and said that he was in route. He was very professional and explained his service procedures, no pressure for additional services. Excellent job, would recommend and will use their services in the future.

Description of Work: They did very well! I bought the Angie's list deal for $89 which included 5 rooms. BUT it cost me another $230 to remove any stains that I had in my carpets. I only had 3 rooms to do, so they did do my stairs and hallway. |It would be a great deal if you just have a lightly dirty carpet. BUT we have a pet and kids!!!

Description of Work: Teasdale sent one fellow out to cleaned the carpets. We were glad we didn't blink or we might have missed him, he was that fast! We guess there was cleaning done but we can't be totally sure. There is just my wife and I and our carpets never get real dirty. I do know the carpet guy sprayed on a precleaner, ran a cleaning wand over 3 rooms,a stairway and a hallway and applied some type of scotchgarding to the carpet.It took him less than 30 minutes to do it all after he was set up. At no time did I see him go over any spot more than once with the cleaning wand, including an area in the bedroom where the carpet enters the bathroom and appears to be the dirtiest. After the carpets dried I did see some spots on the living room carpet that looked like spilled lemonade (or something similar) that were not removed during the carpet cleaning. I cleaned them off with a rag and a little Lysol All Purpose Ceaner. We have had other carpet cleaners in the past and none flew over our carpets like this company did. We just feel that as fast as the cleaning was performed, there wasn't much cleaning done. The fellow who performed the work was friendly enough and even apologized for driving off our driveway and tearing up our yard. Needless to say, we would not use this company again.

Description of Work: Extremely professional. Technicians advised me that services were not necessary. It would have been very easy for them to perform the service and take my money. Instead, I received an expert consultation and thus will go out of my way to use them in the future.

Description of Work: We had 20+ Vents cleaned and an anti-microbial fog sprayed throughout the system. They worked quick and efficient. I could immediately notice a difference in air quality after the work was completed. I would highly recommend their service.

Description of Work: This service was for complete air duct cleaning. When the service person arrived, he explained the process. In addition to working in the basement furnace area, he would have to remove all the vents on the first floor. I just had the interior of my house painted and did not want any chipping of paint which he said would occur if he removed the vents. He suggested I ask for a refund.

Description of Work: The Teasdale technicians arrived on time and were very courteous. The coupon was for duct cleaning service. The technician looked at my furnace installation and explained that he could not perform the service because the duct work on the furnace was not accessible. He said that I would have to apply for a refund. His name was Josh T.
