They are quick and courteous. It is not the deepest clean, but it's a good value. The half off in 6 months is a good deal. Expect a lot of add ons to the overall price when you look at the coupon codes. Also be careful of "one room." Larger rooms are often charged as two. I would hire them again though as I think it's a good value for the price.

They did an excellent job. I would hire them again for sure. Very personable yet professional. Arrived right on time. I may switch to them for my carpet cleaning also!

Went well. Good and quick cleaning. Would grade A- simply because the worker did not have the tool on the truck that would prevent from cutting into the duct. Overall, this was not a problem since he patched, but didn't have a choice unless we wanted to reschedule.

Ok, I have never had this done before and it is too early to tell any difference. But the guy worked hard and preformed the service I paid for.

Original quote was $400, after adding in all of the extra's-Scotchguard, allergy, etc etc the bill came to over $800, which would have been fine had it worked. NONE of the pet stains are coming out. This is very frustrating, the tech said pet stains would come out if treated right away. The carpet seems to grab and hold on to the stain, it's horrible, I cannot get anything up after your company deep cleaned, sanitized, allergy proofed etc etc (yep, I bought it all). Help

The machine did not work on the initial appointment date. We rescheduled and all went well. We received a $20 discount for the inconvenience. Our technician was friendly and got the job done in less than 90 minutes. We used Teasdale-Fenton in 2013 and decided to have them return as we had just completed a kitchen remodel. There was plenty of concrete and plaster dust from that.

Great service. The guys called to tell me that they were on their way and arrived on time. Very polite and professional. Cleaned up after themselves when they were done. Cleaning was $250, but I chose to add an additional service (preventative for pet fur, mold, etc.) which added another $100. Overall, great job.

Initially, all was well. They were flexible because I had to reschedule a few times due to changes in the closing date/time. When he came to provide the service, he added on an "Enzyme Treatment," which was to get what he stated looked like "dog oil" out of the carpet. Of course I agreed because I wanted the oil out. The carpet cleaning was fast and went well - he got all of the stains out which was awesome. However, the next day when I returned, the house smelled of basically stinky feet and corn chips. It was only in the Master Bed and stairs, the same location where he applied the enzyme treatment. I had them come back about 6 weeks later to attempt to get out the smell as there was a coupon and they were late. I booked for 8-12 and they said no, you booked for 12-4. This meant the carpet was wet all evening/night. The person that arrived ended up breaking my lock on my screen door (I was never called about a repair even though I requested a return call) and was arguing with his boss on the phone during the visit. He added deodorizer and they did not charge for this visit after all the trouble. I had them come back one last time as the odor STILL wasn't gone. I paid for this visit and they applied deodorizer again. The odor is still present to this day (we are 3 months out from original application) and I will have to have another company come and deodorize to remove the smell, if that is even possible. Moral of the story - don't let them add their enzyme treatment unless you want your carpet to smell like corn chips.

The cleaning was good and completed very quickly. The staff was professional carpet was left more wet and took more time to dry than anticipated and what I have experience from similar company's in the past.

Well. Some areas spots still noticable, but overall, prettygood.

I have a forced air electric furnace, so I guess they did the best they could. The furnace and A.C. do seem to work better. There is less fine dust that comes out on furniture etc.

I was surprised when the technician showed up at my door without an appointment. I thought I would get a call to schedule the appointment. Luckily the timing worked out. The technician was very professional and he took care of my furnishings. I wish my carpet was not so wet when he finished the job but he did a good cleaning. My carpets were dry by the next morning.

Outstanding - the two guys that did the work were awesome. They called to let us know they were on the way, arrived on-time and just did a great job. We are very pleased and will use again in the future.

They came, they did what they said they'd do, they did a good job. For price, I would give them a "B" because pricing options did not support a small house. The expense was too much for the small area that they had to do. I was a fine price and they did the service great, and that's more important, but I think that it should have been more along the $160-range. The workers that I came in contact with were professional. They should have another price tier. My first impression of them was excellent.

They did a fantastic job, and they appropriately offered a disinfectant for a reasonable fee. (I'd researched if this was needed ahead of time. Usually it isn't necessary, but it is a good idea if the dirt is deep enough that cleaning my have exposed old mold.) When I first had ducts cleaned at previous home, Teasdale installed a UV air sanitizer. I simply brought the unit with me, and they installed it at my new location free of charge.

Fine, but it ended up costing me way more than I thought it would be. In their defense, I didn't realize how many ducts I had since I didn't know how they counted them.
