Excellent. They sent an email confirmation the same day I scheduled the service with them. Their employee was on time and called with his ETA. Courteous and pleasant young man. Explained cleaning process and quoted us other services to be performed at a later date. The carpet looked great after it dried. Will use again.

I bought the deal on Angie's List and they cleaned the ductwork within two days.

Not bad, but there is definitely a disconnect between the office and the person doing the work. Theere was an upcharge for difficult spots, the person was reluctant to move furniture even though he was supposed to do it.

Excellent, quick response to internet inquiry, service was on time, called ahead, very professional. Air duct cleaning was done in a house we recently moved into and completed a big renovation. Based on the results of the duct cleaning, we are beyond happy with having it done and the price paid. Would use this company again in a heartbeat and plan to do so.

After just moving into our new place, we paid $900 to have carpet and tile cleaning done. My whole house was done in less than an hour. A greatroom, 3 bedrooms and family room plus tile in kitchen hall and 3 baths. I re-cleaned the carpet with my own Bissell carpet cleaner and my carpet was FILTHY. I will never use Teasdale Fenton again.

We received quality service and most of the treatments worked well (most pet stains didn't smell any more other than some spots on our sofa). They worked quickly and efficiently and were helpful with moving furniture along the way. Our problem was the price and they way it was determined. They charge 'per room up to 250 sq. ft.' which means a 230 sq ft. room costs the same as a 70 sq ft. hallway. That made no sense to me. Also they won't spot clean stains with the pet enzyme treatment so they charge a whopping $50 extra/room (which is where our costs got ridiculous). If you only need a good steam cleaning these guys are great and the price is reasonable. As soon as you need the pet treatment the cost goes up dramatically. I found other companies willing to do the same job for 60% less (they only charge $10/spot for pet treatment and go by overall square footage not 'areas/rooms'). If Teasdale would be more competitive with their pricing we would have hired them again. Also, they mixed up days they were supposed to come when we scheduled them with us and for my mom (so mixed up days/times on 2 different occasions).

He did a fantastic job, he took out dog vomit stains, that I didn't think he would be able to do. He was courtoues, and polite. Loved his dedication and work on making sure I was happy

Teasdale cleaned my carpets and they cleaned my air ducts and vents. Overall, the people performing the service were punctual and if a timing issue came up they called ahead to let me know well in advance. They were courteous and acted professionally. The price was good (check Angie's list for coupons) and the service completed was thorough. For the carpet cleaning they removed old urine stains from the previous homeowners pet and water damage stains from a super heavy rain that led to water in the basement. The air duct cleaning was super good. They showed me the filter and all of the things that were removed from the air ducts. The only thing they tried to up sell was benefect to kill any bacteria and germs. While I agreed to the benefect application for the carpet, I did not agree to it for the air ducts. I would did not see a need to for the air ducts to be sprayed with this product. I'm happy that I hired them and would do so again.

That was easy. Not a lot to say, although, I had a feeling I would need extra work. It was just a question of the cost. He explained everything to me, and I said "go ahead" because I hadn't done it in so long. It still looks pretty good.

It was fine. I didn't understand that they were going to add $20 for an environmental waste fee so it ended up costing me more than I thought it would, but they did give me a coupon for next time if I wasn't satisfied.

The tech was professional, efficient and friendly, Great job!. Will definitely use again!!

The technician arrived and immediately proceeded to tell me he wouldn't be able to do much because of wear patterns. He got to work and was done in 30 minutes. He repeated his claims about wear patterns and stains, and left. The carpets still look dirty, no stains were removed, and the "wear pattern" areas look like they were barely touched. I used another company last fall that was quite a bit more expensive - $172.00 - but the carpets looked great. I've learned my lesson. You get what you pay for, and if you have a poor experience once, don't go back. This is the third time I've made the mistake of using Teasdale. I'm done. Never again.

When they arrived they told me they won't be able to clean the carpet in the entry way and common areas. I questioned this since they are a carpet cleaning company. I was not happy with the results. I will not use Teasdale Fenton Carpet Cleaning & Restoration again.

It was okay. It was only carpets. The pricing was very good. The quality was average. They were good with responsiveness. I don't think the guy knew what he was doing. It was like it was like 2 weeks on the job or something. There was only one person.

It went great. I had the carpets deodorized and protected throughout the entire house. It went well, but the cost did add up! It was obviously my choice, but it ended up costing like $500 to do the whole house. It seemed to work well though. I have 6 dogs and so far nothing has stained the carpeting. They were very reliable, on time etc.

Overall things went well. The part I was not happy about was the way they counted the vents. It ended up costing me a lot more than I anticipated. Also, many places include cleaning the furnace area which this one did not. That would have cost even more. You have to get all events done or there is no point.

They are a little pricey, they do a good job. They are really good.

Professional, punctual. Will call this company again for their services.

It went very well. The young man did an excellent job of informing me of what type of service I was getting and specifics on additional services that I could obtain. Highly recommend. My carpet was quite old and had not been professionally steam cleaned before. It went extremely well and my carpet looks fabulous.

The called the night before to confirm the appointment and then called in the morning 30 minutes before they arrived. They were professional during the cleaning. The issue was that we had some stains on the carpet and other then just spraying a solution on it, they did nothing else to try to remove the stains. We would of thought they would try to scrub the spots a little. The rest of the carpets looked good. We were really hoping to get the stains away, otherwise I would have done it myself.
