I was quoted a price of $95 for cleaning 2 rooms - service was to include pre-treating, and cleaning under the couch/loveseat, etc. I was not home when the young child showed up to clean the carpet. Apparently, he attempted to quickly run the steam cleaner without moving anything (and without pre-treating). My wife asked about cleaning under the couch etc. She was informed that was the next package up. The tech reluctantly agreed to move the couch, loveseat to clean under them. My wife asked about the stains that did not come up in the high traffic areas. Once again, the tech claimed that pre-treating was included in the next package up. When pressed, he agreed to only charge us $20 to get that area clean (instead of the normal $30). When he left, the carpet looked ok according to my wife. Final charge $124 - quoted price $95. I called the office and inquired generically what was included in the advertised package. I was told it included pre-treating and cleaning under the couch loveseat. I then revealed that in fact I was inquiring about the job just completed, and the upcharges. Kelly - the phone answering person then switched her position and said we had to ask to get the furniture moved - no mention of any next level up the package. After calling the tech she stated that he actually applied some special enzyme and that was $30. I never asked for any enzyme - I asked for the pre-treatment that I paid for. Kelly refused to make this right and instead acted as if she could have cared less. Do yourself a favor -avoid this business at all costs - They are liars.

Employees doing the work in my house were pretty good but customer service from the office and the estimator were horrible. I had to get in touch with the owner to get someone to call me back. Save yourself the headache and use someone else.

Having a water problem is always inconvenient, costly and never fun, but I wished I would have called Teasdale Fenton right away, saving ourselves days of hard work and time, trying to fix the problem ourselves. They came out the next day, after late conversations with the owner and adjuster. Analyzed the situation, gave an estimate we didn't like hearing, BUT ,all things considered, its the smartest thing to do in a basement water issue. They sent a crew out the following day to take care of situation, Thank You Randy and Crew

I have had the misfortune of doing business with Teasdale Fenton, their customer service, their mangers and even their technicians are unprofessional. They will change their pricing at the time of appointment. If you call to complain about the price changing, their customer service manager will tell you that they work on commission and they make more money changing pricing at the time of the appointment. The technician will also tell you that they will not do a good job if you don't pay for the additional services so they can make more money. All call are recorded but that doesn't matter either because they will have you waiting for 4 hours for your appointment so you don't want to waste more time so that way they can pressure you in to paying more money. You have to decide who you want in your home and if they will respect your property. If you want quality of service I would suggest calling someone else if you don't feel like getting taken advantage of or mislead.

I had used this company previously and was very happy. I don't know what has changed, but the crew that was sent to my house to clean my carpets were anything but professional carpet cleaners. I wanted 2 rooms and a hallway cleaned. There was no offer to move furniture, even after I asked them to, so only the part of my carpet they could see was cleaned. The man who used the steamer ran the cleaner over my carpet so fast that it looked like he was scraping the sidewalk. I don't think anyone can even vacuum that fast. Then the crew proceeded to charge me $20/room for teflon ttreatment, including $20 for the hallway. The 2 men were finished in less than 20 minutes, start to finish. I could have hired the 10 year old next door and I feel that they would have done a better and more thorough job. It was evident that the crew was going for speed, not quality of workmanship. What has happened to taking pride in a job well done, let alone to customer service? I called to report my dissatisfaction and spoke to the supervisor. She offered to send the 2 men back. Really?! Why would I want them to touch my carpets? In lieu of that, she offered 10% off of our next cleaning. Again, why would I want anyone from this company to come back? Anything less than a total refund at this point is unacceptable. Sadly, I would not recommend using this company for anything. You are only as good as how you handle problems.

They were on time and cleaned the ducts. However, they only mentioned a treatment that would freshen the air after all equipment was packed up and I was writing the check. I would have paid the extra fee to have that freshener, which they said would last 6 months.
