Woohoo, just closed on the 3/31. What an experience! After being with Sibcy Cline for six grueling months it was time to turn the professionals; Team Chabris. They went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure we were taken care of. Their attention to detail is really a work of art. Peter has crafted a team of professionals to be with you every step of the way, and you won’t be sorry with his crew. If you want a five star experience look no further because you’ve found a match!

Horrible. Peter was cocky and degrading. He suggested I have a glass to settle for the night. He also said our house was "ROAD HARD AND PUT AWAY WET."

A previous year, we had attempted to sell the same property through another listing agency. The difference between our experience with Team Chabris and the other listing agent was Night and Day. We can highly recommend Team Chabris for their abilities, professionalism and results!

Team Chabris, from start to finish, offered extremely professional services with a very savvy marketplace point-of-view. My first experience, selling my downtown condo, was so positive, my wife and I called on Team Chabris' services again when we sold our last house. We hired Peter Chabris to represent us in the sale of our condominium in downtown Cincinnati. We now live out of state, and so needed a good realtor whom we could trust and depend on to do the best job possible to sell our condo. Peter was recommended to us by a friend of ours who had met him as a business relation, and we were very pleased with his work. Peter worked diligently to find us a buyer. He stayed active in the process throughout and kept in regular contact with us. We appreciated his tireless efforts in marketing, arranging showings, bringing buyers, and finally throughout the closing process. This was during a very difficult time in the real estate market, and yet he did not give up. We have worked with a number of realtors over the years, and found Peter to be one of the most professional, conscientious, trustworthy and hardworking in the field. We would definitely use him again if we were in the Cincinnati market, and would certainly recommend him highly to our friends and family.

I took my house off the market after deciding not to sell, and Peter called...and called...and called again and again. This guy just doesn't understand "no." I told him that I have changed my plan and decided not to sell, but he keeps calling as if I never told him that.

WOW! Peter was fantastic to work with and best of all we SOLD IN 4 DAYS! Peter was very organized, understood the market, inventory and competition in our sales effort. Peter provided the right amount of guidance and was always willing to communicate and assuage typical sellers fears with logic and reality. Right place, right time- yes, as always with any house sales, but I also know that Peter's track record in selling homes has earned a well deserved reputation.

Pam was recommended to us by my wife's sister, who had used her and Team Chabris to buy and sell two houses in the Cincinnati area. Pam helped us to narrow down our search area with lots of useful information on schools and commutes, and general Cincinnati information. We decided to look for a house in Wyoming, which was even better, b/c Pam lives there and knows the area very well. Pam was very flexible with us. I would often call her a day before about a listing, and she would make arrangements to see it when I would be in town (still "commuting" from Minnesota while we worked out the move). Pam was very helpful in discerning home values in a market we were not familiar with. Once we had made an offer, and negotiated a deal, Pam did a good job of guiding us through the closing process. Since buying the home, Peter Chabris has made regular cointact via e-mail and phone to see how things are going for us. His follow-up service has been very beneficial, hashe has provided a reference for both an attorney and a contractor that have both provided excellent service. We would definitely use Team Chabris if we were to sell our current home.

Peter was referred to me from a website that I refer to often. He called promptly and continued to call, which was fine with me, given that I had asked for realtors to call. He was recommended as a buying agent. However since I was selling and buying, when we talked I explained to him that I needed to sell first and then buy. He suggested that he come out and look over our home, and we thought..., he would tell us about what he could do to help sell the house. We thought we were interviewing him to be our listing agent. He sent us some very good information in the e-mail, and we were looking forward to talking with him. One the day of the appointment, he was very prompt and arrived 5 to 10 minutes early. As he introduced himself, the communication was abrupt and uncomfortable. He apparently thought we just wanted him to walk around the house and make suggestions. He toured our house in about 10 minutes and made what I felt were condescending comments to us in every room. When the tour was over he told us that we obviously didn't want to talk with him and then he pressured us for information about what other realtors we were talking with. It seemed like he had no interest in selling our home, and I am still not sure for what purpose he was there.

Peter is professional, stays abreast of the market, communicates openly and honestly and is a good guy.

Peter was frank with us from the start about what we'd need to do to set up our house to sell it. He advised us not to overprice the house, since it would then sit on the market, making it less desirable and likely resulting in a lower price. He really hit the sweet spot in terms of price. Homes for sale in our neighborhood listed with other realtors haven't as moved as quickly as ours did, or as close to the offering price as we were able to get. Peter communicated with us just the right amount, and did an enormous amount of work making sure the house was noticed whenever anyone did an internet search for a home in our area, within a $50,000 price range. If you want to sell your house, list with this guy!
