Description of Work: The service man fixed a hose connection and cleaned/snaked a slow draining shower and bathroom sink. The service was excellent. I received a $30 discount by ordering the service through Angie's List. I was surprised when I received the bill and saw a $30 charge for the service man to use his snake (the machine that cleans out clogs in the pipes). I have never been charged for a service person to use his/her equipment on the job.

Description of Work: The provider didn't come to my home because of a significant problem scheduling. In short, I was not able to schedule a specific time on a specific day. A very weird scheduling process!

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal for $60 for $90 worth of plumbing services. We did have a much greater expense that was almost three times more than what was estimated because we came across some problems. The plumber was very knowledgeable and helpful. Everything was fine.

Description of Work: I had a pin-hole leak in water pipe entering the house. Tarvin was wonderful to work with. Very responsive, fast, friendly and quality workmanship. I am very pleased and will use them again.

Description of Work: Services were performed last year, shortly after I purchased the 1 hour of plumbing from Angie's List for $54. My real disappointed was that my 1 hour was spent in going to get the part I needed. I had them work on my shower, I knew it was my diverter. I did tell them seem they could have checked on what I had before they came. Once the part was out and I knew he had to go get, he said he could come back if I need him to but that meant I would have been without even running water in my tub and that was my only bathroom. Unfortunately being by myself I sometimes feel taken advantage of, $54 for a part run seemed like an awful lot. He did a good job, and was on time but the entire experience left a bad taste in my mouth. I thought I'd be able to save some money, but didn't feel that I did.
