Description of Work: We had a schedule appointment for 4/22 at 10am. They called me at 8 am, and said they would not be able to come out due to rain. Now, it's 10am, the sun is shining. They definitely could have done the work, but they were pretty negative about the job. It was a small job, they didn't say they wouldn't do it, but they didn't seem like they wanted to.

Description of Work: Replaced disposal. I had a screw stuck in the garbage disposal and he was unable to remove it .Had to replace it.

Description of Work: A Tarvin plumber came to the house I had just purchased.It had been empty for 2 years.Phil replaced the main leaky shut off valve to start with.Then with water turned on,he fixed several other leaks.Replaced the kitchen faucet. Put new parts in toilet so it would flush and not leak at flapper.He inspected all the rest of plumbing for possible problems.I will use them again if I ever need a plumber.

Description of Work: Replaced Toliet flang and water supply line. The company sent 2 men c to do the repair, they were here about an hour going back and forth to there truck be outside for 10 mins at a time or longer. After the first hour they said they needed to go to a hardware store to get soder to finish the job, and that they would be going to lunch, they were gone about an hour. Came back finished the job in another hour. I was charged for 3 hours of labor when they only had 2 hours here. Had to call them back the next day because the toliet was loose at the base rocking back and forth, couldn't get to me until the next day. Another hour spent to secure the toliet to the floor.

Description of Work: Toilet repair and new utility tub and faucet in the basement. New on and off valves for basement shower. It went well and the service man cleaned up after himself.

Description of Work: Opened the basement drain running from the kitchen/laundry to the sewer. We couldn't do dishes or laundry without water backing up into the basement family room floor drain. They contacted us soon after we purchased The Deal, made an appt to come that same day and called ahead. Their plumber was very professional. We would definitely call them again.

Description of Work: We had a problem with a frozen pipe that had split so that the water had to be turned off. When I called, they were able to send a plumber within two hours. He was able to repair the break and have the water turned on in about an hour.

Description of Work: Secured toilet to floor after installing new flange on sewer pipe. Work done in a professional manner. Overcharged me an hour's labor. After questioning the bill, an adjustment was made. Technician apologized and stated that the overcharge would have been noticed when his receipt time was totaled at the end of the day. All is fine...we all make mistakes.

Description of Work: My Zoeller sump pump stopped working in the basement and caused moderate flooding in my finished basement - Tarvin Plumbing was very professional and very quick to respond as I was having surgery in 2 days and needed the sump pump replaced. The bulk of the cost for this work was mainly for the sump pump itself due to the brand name / model. Mike Tarvin the owner was more than professional and it was so nice to actually talk to a real person when you called his business line. I will definitely be using him again in the near future as I have a laundry basin I need to replace. Thank you Tarvin Plumbing. Very happy customer
