Description of Work: I called Tarvin because my exterior drain was clogged and other plumbers wouldn't touch it. They told me the fee structure for the service call and I scheduled for the next available truck. The plumbers who arrived the next day were friendly, polite and professional. They cleared the obstruction and drain runs smoothly.

Description of Work: Replaced kitchen faucet. Plumber worked very slowly to raise the bill.

Description of Work: They replaced our hose connector. They came soon after I called, which was nice, because we were leaving town in a few days, and wanted to be able to use our hose with a timer while we were gone. They had an unusual way of scheduling. Instead of giving me a day and a time, they asked about my best availability, then told me the first plumber available during my best times would call and see if I was available, and come within 20 minutes. It worked like a charm. I got my hose connection fixed quickly, and didn't have to sit home all day waiting!

Description of Work: I bought a deal for $100 for $150 worth of work but paid extra for supplies.

Description of Work: Paid $90 for an "estimate" of cost of installing a gas line for dryer. This amount was to taken off the price for the work if I used them to do it. | |Their quote: $850.00 !!! About 4 times what I was expecting. When I ask the plumber said it would take 4 hours @ $120 per hour plus parts. They planned to use "PEX" plastic piping to make the job go faster but said it is expensive. I declined the service. | |After talking to folks at Home Depot I decided to install the gas line myself. I couldn't use the "PEX" flexible pipe to make it simple because you have to be certified to put fittings on it safely. So I did it with steel pipe except for the last 3 ft where I used some flexible gas line with fittings already on it. The distance covered the pipe was less than 12 feet. The dryer was almost directly above the accessible gas line. It just required drilling a hole in the floor (I drilled a small hole while the plumber was doing the estimate to confirm where the dryer was located) and putting in the steel pipe with 3 90 degree turns. It took me less than 4 hours to do--including two trips to the hardware store! | |It seems to me their original quote was was out of line. When I complained they did agree to return the $90 I paid them for the quote.

Description of Work: Replaced a part in our kitchen faucet that was responsible for a leak. |The serviceman was courteous and professional. We would call him again.

Description of Work: Unstop per sink and advised how to prevent future blockage. He also explained other work that should be done at another time. We will certainly call him for all our plumbing needs from now on.

Description of Work: Turns out that my toilet was not clogged. A tree root had gotten into my outside pipes. They had to bring out the large auger to get it cleaned out.

Description of Work: they snaked a tub drain and inadvertently poked a whole in it. It caused 700 dollars in damage and they wanted to charge double that to fix it. I told him he did enough. Also, the drain was fine until the hole was poked into it. It had been snaked before a couple years ago

Description of Work: Put house on the market and during the inspection process a number of plumbing related issues were noted; called company and they sent a representative over quickly who resolved the issues in a very professional and timely manner. Had to work with them over the phone as we had already moved to another city and they were great to work with. Very happy with the results when we did a walk through later that week. Thumbs up!

Description of Work: I purchased 2 units of work. They gave me estimates on other work as I requested, and my 2 units, which are 2 hours, were used to fix a pressure reducing valve, which could have been done in 1 hour.

Description of Work: Matt was awesome. He replaced the hose bib and the outdoor hose connection. He was prompt and did great work. I did go back to tighten up the auto-siphon a month later, but that was simple enough.
