Description of Work: Tarvin scheduled me within 24 hrs to ream out the outflow pipe from the garbage disposal, which was clogged way into the wall. Jim arrived right on time with his high-powered little auger, & had the pipe clear in 20 minutes. I appreciated his courtesy, professionalism--and clean-up after the job!

Description of Work: The plumber who came to my house was very friendly and polite. He cleared my upstairs bathroom sink and tub. While working on the tub he went downstairs and noticed that there was a hole in the main pipe and was able to fix that as well. He then fixed the downstairs shower head that had been broken off.

Description of Work: I found Tarvin though the offer on Angie's List. They only don't get an F overall because the guy was prompt on arrival (but too way longer). I called for service because we were not getting water pressure at all on our third floor, and low flow on the second floor. After testing all flows, and outside and viewing the basement, the recommendation was to tear into the concrete of the basement (and potentially out joined neighbors) to find an "underground clog". I told them I would have to schedule something that big for another appt. two days later I had a friend of a friend come for a second opinion (you know, before drilling into my basement floor), and in 20 minutes, we had water pressure. It was just an issue of hard water and the faucets needed and cleaning... Wow.

Description of Work: The plumber came out to diagnose a complex leak. He was on time and very helpful. Unfortunately the estimate given was too high to do a complete bathroom renovation.

Description of Work: I purchased a deal for $60 for plumbing services. The problem with this had to do with our location. They wanted to add extra charges because they were coming from the Cincinnati area even though we were not that far away. Because of that, we declined their services.

Description of Work: We were going to have him install a new faucet. However the faucet couldn't be removed and the price he gave to install a new sink was very high so we didn't use him.

Description of Work: Tarvin replaced the kitchen faucet and adjusted the water pressure of the line leading to our refrigerator on their 1st visit. The bathroom faucet was too corroded to fix. Plumber suggested buying a new sink and he installed that and replaced the hardware (lines & faucet) on his 2nd visit. Tarvin phone rep was courteous and scheduled appointments which were kept. The plumber was professsional. A solid performance all around.
