Description of Work: Water damage showing through family room ceiling. Suspected toilet seal broken. Ellis, the technician, was courteous and clean. Evaluated the problem and completed the job promptly. Ellis provided details and recommendations about continued observation of the stain area in ceiling to make sure no other piping problems may be lurking. I will use Tarvin Plumbing again.

Description of Work: The initial service call was to fix the spout to our tub as it had developed a leak. They were ontime and courteous, at some point I heard a loud noise and a exasperated comment aligned with it. I ignored it, until that evening when I realized that our drain was no longer plugging. I had given my son a bath the night before so I knew it was due to the work done on the spout. We called and they came back fairly quickly and fixed the drain. The reason for the lower rating is because ever since they worked on our tub we have had issues with the hot water cutting out after running 20 seconds and then you have to open the valve even further to get it to come back. I have no way of proving it was due to their service, but it seems to be tied specifically to the work they did and along with the damage to the plug I wouldn't call them back for more work.
