Description of Work: Great service response, thorough repair made, very nice and informative technician. This was my second call to Tarvin this year and each time service was efficient and professional.

Description of Work: I had an appointment for the following week, but they fit me in about 36 hours after I called to make the appointment. Everyone was very nice and I got my new garbage disposal in less than an hour!

Description of Work: Tarvin was helpful in many ways: 1) warning me that an after hours call would be $200 wasted if we didn't know where the curbside shutoff was (no visible valve cover), 2) explaining I should call Cinci Waternto ask them to locate curbside water shutoff, 3) flexing their arrival to be after Cinci Water found the valve next morning, and 4) allowing me to assist with handing parts and providing extra buckets. One hour of service and one new shutoff valve. Truly excellent value and support.

Description of Work: We had a stubborn clogged drain and the kitchen sink was backing up into the basement utility sink. After all my attempts to clear failed I called Tarvin they sent someone later. After some trouble shooting and a few holes cut into the wall the problem was resolved. My only complaint is that it seemed that the plumber cut way too big a hole in the wall, effectively trading my wall for his convenience.

Description of Work: They installed a new stationary tub and faucet in our laundry room. We provided the plumbing fixtures so they only needed to provide the labor. Their price was appropriate and they completed the work within two days of the time that we requested the service.

Description of Work: Needed some repair work done for rental property I was selling. Ended up needing to replace the toilet based on plumbers recommendation. Told him to get me the cheapest one you could. Got the bill and I believe the toilet was over $300. When I asked him why he said we have to make a profit too. Guess I'm just used to my handyman who goes to Home Depot charges me for his time not an up charge on the toilet.
