Tarvin Plumbing deserves every one of it's A's! The quick response to our problem was outstanding. Michelle was very understanding and polite when making an appointment. Dave was at our door within the hour and fixed our problem quickly. Both Michelle and Dave were very professional and deserve an ''Employee Of The Month'' award. This is the second time we have had Tarvin to our home and we would not hesitate to call them again. Nice work guys! Thank You.

These people are very professional and I have had no problem with them ''milking'' a job to add to their coffers. The plumber goes right to the problem, isolates it, and fixes it. I am planning to give a slight downgrade in my scores because the plumber left basement ceiling tiles open, something he should have replaced before leaving. The bill came to $102 but with an Angie's List $25 coupon, the bill came in at $77. In reading other people's comments, the complaint with this company is cost. In my opinion, if a company is efficient and finds the problem and fixes it quickly, it isn't any more expensive than having a neophyte coming in and running up the time tab because he doesn't have the experience to find the problem and to fix it quickly. This company is worth every penny.

The plumber came when promised, was thorough, helped me understand the nature of the problem and how to avoid it in the future and, importantly, gave an Angie's List discount. I would definitely call on Tarvin again.

Matt, the plumber, was very courteous and helpful. He fixed the problem quickly. The cost of the repair seemed a little excessive, but it was an emergency repair. Overall, I was very pleased.

I called Tarvin and Michelle answered. She requested that I look at the Kohler web site and select the toilet I wanted. The price she quoted was exactly the one on the web page. Michelle called when they received the toilet to make an arrangement to put it in in 2 days time. We missed connections in the morning but Michelle called to indicate that she would send someone in the afternoon. Dave arrived, went to work and finished in a very short time. There was a challenge since the old toilet was put in a bit too close to the wall, however, it didn't deter Dave. He got the toilet in, cleaned up and gave us a bill that was exactly what we expected. What a great job. Thanks Tarvin. We have had 3 different plumbers in the last 10 years but I am a customer for life with them.

QUICK SERVICE (1 DAY) ON NON-EMERGENCY. I WAS SURPRISED HOW LOW THE PRICE WAS FOR THIS WORK. THE CSR WHO TOOK MY CALL WAS VERY HELPFUL AND POLITE - MADE SURE I WAS AWARE OF THE $25 CERTIFICATE FOR USING ANGIE'S LIST.

EXCELLENT WORK & REASONABLE PRICE. JIM, THE PLUMBER, IS EXCELLENT, ALWAYS ON TIME AND COURTEOUS. I'VE USED TARVIN FOR 13 YEARS AND AM ALWAYS SATISFIED WITH THEIR WORK.

I MADE AN APPOINTMENT ABOUT A WEEK IN ADVANCE AND THERE WAS NO PROBLEM GETTING ONTO THE COMPANY'S SCHEDULE. JIM PIELAGE, THE PLUMBER WHO CAME OUT, WAS POLITE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. $72 IN MATERIALS AND $160 LABOR (ABOUT TWO HOURS ON THE JOB). I RECEIVED A COUPON FOR $25 OFF A SERVICE CALL. THE COMPANY ALSO HAS A REFERRAL PROGRAM ($25 GIFT CERTIFICATE IF SOMEONE MENTIONS MY NAME WHEN REQUESTING SERVICE). OVERALL, I WAS SATISFIED. JIM SHOWED UP AS SCHEDULED AND DID THE WORK I ASKED HIM TO. HIS ESTIMATE OF $200 WAS A LITTLE LOW, BUT I UNDERSTAND IT WAS JUST AN ESTIMATE. I WAS SURPRISED BY THE LABOR RATE -- $80 PER HOUR SEEMS HIGH, BUT I ADMIT I DON'T KNOW WHAT OTHER COMPANIES CHARGE.

JIM WAS VERY POLITE AND COURTEOUS. SEEMS LIKE THEY HAVE A MINIMUM CHARGE OF $200 B/C EACH TIME I HAVE USED THEM IT HAS BEEN $200 OR $225 FOR A MINIMAL AMT. OF TIME (LESS THAN ONE HR.) BUT THEY DO A GOOD JOB.

FIXED ALL LEAKING PARTS OF MY SINK AND 'INSTANT HOT WATER' APPLIANCE. GAVE ME SOME GOOD ADVICE ON MY CERAMIC TILES AS WELL. VERY COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL. A LITTLE PRICEY.

VERY PROMPT, GOOD WORK. SEEMED JUST A LITTLE PRICEY FOR THE WORK PERFORMED.

WE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH THE WORK DONE. THEY WERE ABLE TO SEND SOMEONE OUT THE SAME DAY THAT WE CALLED. HE CLEARED THE CLOG IN THE PIPE FAIRLY QUICKLY. WHEN I ASKED ABOUT THE OUTDOOR SPIGOT, HE WAS ALSO ABLE TO DO THAT JOB, EVEN THOUGH I HADN'T CALLED ABOUT THAT INITIALLY. EXCELLENT WORK.

TARVIN PLUMBING RESPONDED VERY QUICKLY. ALL CONTACTS I HAD WITH TARVIN WERE SO POLITE AND HELPFUL, FROM MICHELLE ANSWERING THE PHONE TO DAVE WHO MADE THE SERVICE CALL. DAVE ALSO RECOMMENDED FIXING A MINOR PROBLEM RATHER THAN REPLACING THE WHOLE TOILET, SAVING ME A BUNCH OF MONEY. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.

NEEDED REFIGERATOR ICEMAKER LINE REHOOKED UP AND A VALVE REPLACED, WHILE HERE HAD OTHER MINOR REPAIRS DONE. ALSO GOT ESTIMATE FOR FIXTURE REPAIRS THAT I DIDN'T HAVE DONE YET. THEY WERE ON TIME AND WORKED QUICKLY.
