They did a good job, although the price was a bit high, I thought. When I called and spoke to the owner he was very responsive. He asked good questions, and he said he would try to get somebody over as soon as possible. That was around 9:30. They had somebody here at 10:00! The service person was nice and clean and did good work. By and large, a good experience.

They've always done a good job. I would recommend them to anyone.

I was very impressed with how quickly we were able to get an appointment, with the worker's polite and helpful manner, great recommendations for new toilet to match our bathroom decor (old house) and did excellent cleanup after the job.

Receptionist scheduled us for the first mutually appropriate time, plumber was on time, work was done excellently, efficiently and we will definitely use them in the future for all our plumbing needs.

Jim continued looking until he was certain he had found the source of the leak and returned promptly to complete the repair. Tarvin is costly, and they charge for travel time to your home, but they do good work.

Tarvin quoted the work over the phone and scheduled the service call at my convenience. The plumber called ahead to get directions and confirm his appointment. He was on time, polite, and neat. He clearly understood how to install the system and was able to give me a good overview of system operation. The work took about 2 hours to complete and test. Though not a huge bargain, the price was fair and slightly under the estimate after Angie's List coupon.

They couldn't come out for a week, and I kind of fixed it myself. They came out anyway and gave me an estimate for replacing the sink top, which was $300-$400. Overall, I'm pretty pleased, even though they really didn't do any work.

Plumber was professional and courteous. Cleaned up everything he worked on and left house in the condition he found it. He took the time to explain all the work that was done and asked before any repairs were made. A little pricey, but overall it was a good experience.

Dave Yearwood was the tech/rep for the company along with an assistant. Both were extremely knowledgeable and efficient. Unfortunately, I have no idea as to the cost factor, since it would take a lot of time to shop around for both type and cost of not only the hot water heater, but also the installation. The price was an "Ouch!" to the budget. But, I would recommend them to anyone for the great service.

Very professional. After having another plumber out to unclog a sink, and they only unclog the sink and leave. I was very impressed that Ellis looked into my crawl space and made sure that there was not any damage to my pipes from the use of his tools. After Ellis was finished he asked if we had anything else that needed checked out, and that's when I remembered my shutoff valve and he replaced that. The only negative that I can say is that it seems like 2.25 hours where a little long. And when being billed on the hour I would have liked to seen a bit more pep. Otherwise he was very courteous. Also adding $30.00 for "use of small machine" seems kind of steep to me (isn't $84 the first hour and $80 for every hour after that enough to cover the small machine?) I was satisfied with the work, and I will call on Tarvin Plumbing to do work again.

The plumber was on time and polite, checked to see whether the part could be repaired. He showed me why the part could not be fixed. He had adequate supplies on his truck to complete my requests. Considering the time involved, the cost was reasonable.

Called ahead and was on time. Very pleasant and did the work so that I was able to strip the wallpaper behind the toilet before the installation of the new toilet. Price was as quoted.

Not a good 2nd experience with Tarvin. We had hired them previously through Angie's List and were satisfied. This time, they made errors in fixing our problem. The coupler was a bad fix because we were told in the end that the coupler could not be tightened down when using vinyl line; hence, the add'l leaking. We were not told that during the first coupler fix, nor the second. The company would not respond to our second coupler leak because it was the weekend and they felt a bucket under the leak had the problem contained. We had to call a company to bring in fans and dehumidifiers on a Sat. to dry out our basement before more damage was added to the initial problem. I'm giving this company bad marks for TWO bad repairs and then having Dave accuse us of not following his advice to install copper tubing. The manager was also a no-show to help solve the problem. I would not recommend this company after two bad fixes and blaming us for their mess from the onset.

They had me turn on the water and flush the toilet several times. They told me it was open and clear. They came in to check on it. They didn't make a mess in the house, he actually took his shoes off. They cleaned up outside. I was very pleased. The men were both polite.

I've used this company on numerous occasions and have been very happy with their work. The plumber was on time and explained the problem before starting the work. He also added that a more complicated fix might be needed if replacing the washer did not take care of the problem. The price shown here reflects the $25 Angie's List coupon, which results in a very reasonable price for the work done and the time spent at my home (less than one hour).

They will only on a time-and-materials basis. This means that they will charge whatever the time and materials demand; they do not put a maximum cap on their rate. The SP gave this estimate because member was not planning to buy cabinetry from him.

The plumber(s) were on time, polite, and profession. The owner dealt with me as they trouble shot the problems that arose, and had someone out to the house at the times requested. However, my two significant complaints (that I mentioned to the owner) quality of work (numerous pieces of solder were recovered from my pipes when the flushed them) billing. My wife came home unexpectedly to the plumber, and he was caught billing for an hour that he just sat in his truck in the driveway. This was somewhat rectified by the management.

It was easy to book an inspection to get an estimate for the home I was considering buying, even though we had to coordinate the appointment between the company, the realtor, & me. The plumber who came out (on time) was super-professional, reassuring, & treated me with respect (especially important for a younger female client!). He gave me a tour of the work to be done, which was less extensive than I expected. The quote for the estimate when I booked the appointment was $150 for one hour, but after calling in to his office to get the figures to estimate the cost of the job, they reduced that by half, with an Angie's List discount, & offered to apply the final cost($75) toward future work performed within 6 months. The final estimate for the work was $650 -$800 total ($400-500 for the stack replacement & $250-300 for removing the crummy garbage disposal). I will definitely use them for the job & recommend them to family & friends.

I've never had a better plumbing company. They're just top on my book.

MY DISHWASHER STILL KNOCKS AND WE HAVE TO HIRE SOMEONE ELSE TO FIX IT RIGHT. WOULD NOT HIRE THEM AGAIN.
