Catherine Ott with Tartan Property, Inc. listed a home at 9494 Leebrook and refused to respond to voicemails left at her telephone number listed as 513-646-9415. In addition, when the real estate broker, Catherine Ott, was contacted a CASH offer was given. The broker, who goes by "Cass" informed me that she did not consider the offer to be serious and did NOT present the offer to seller. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. In addition, Cass is rude and dismissive.

Catherine is a true professional. Her knowledge and experience are unique and rare. She treated us like family like she does with all of her clients, our satisfaction was always her main concern.
Description of Work: She helped with the selection of our home and showed us many properties.
