GREAT! I've been having Sycamore take care of my home's HVAC now for 13 years, and there is no company I trust more. They are fast, reliable, and first rate quality. And, you NEVER have to worry about getting ripped off, because Aaron is truly an honest and knowledgeable guy. We've had tons of work done on our 100+ year old house over the last 23 years by a variety of companies and contractors, and I can safely say you won't find a better company than Sycamore for your HVAC needs. I won't provide cost information below, because the cost will highly depend on what exactly you need done. Trust me, you'll be happy you chose Sycamore in the long run.

Today I am happy if a company just meets my expectations. I am elated with Sycamore Heating and Cooling because they far exceeded my expectations! They were professional, courteous, clean, dependable and I can't say enough good about them. Last year they saved me another year on a 32 year old system when another company wanted to sell me a new system. When my old system finally bit the dust last weekend, Aaron fit me in his schedule and he and CJ put me in a beautiful new system at almost half the cost the other company wanted to sell me. CJ also discovered my Nest thermostat was faulty and recommended I contact their customer service. It was just out of warranty but because I have a lot of Nest and Google products in my home they said they would make an exception if the technician could provide a written diagnosis of the problem. I sent Aaron a text and he responded immediately and send me an email with the diagnosis before I was finished chatting with CS. I forwarded the email to their CS and they said I would have a replacement in 3-5 business day. Aaron saved me the cost of a new Nest Learning thermostat because he responded immediately and also because CJ had communicated the diagnosis with Aaron before he left my house. They work extremely well together. It feels so good to highly recommend a company that you have so much confidence in. Four occasions now, that I have had the pleasure to work with Sycamore Heating and Cooling. The first time was several years ago when they gave my old unit several more years of life. Each time they have been great so they more than deserve my time to highly recommend them. Unfortunately, you will not find many recommendations on social media from me, but I can tell you with great confidence, if you have a heating or cooling problem do yourself a solid and call Sycamore Heating and Cooling. Thank you Aaron and CJ for a great job! I am a very happy customer in a very comfortable home tonight.

Aaron came out and checked over my air conditioner. I was concerned because I had significant amounts of water condensing on the ductwork in my basement leading to puddling on the floor, as well as water leaking out of the unit itself. He arrived quickly and on time for the call. Aaron quickly troubleshooted a blockage in the drain, which I expected, and discussed additional insulation for the ductwork at my request. Surprisingly, he said that the blockage was probably the only issue, despite the probable financial incentive for saying otherwise. Aaron was both honest and personable, and I will be using him again for my HVAC service in the future.

Great! From my description of the problem he told me what he thought the solution would be, arrived at a time convenient to both of us and solved the problem . I asked him to give the furnace a check up , which he did. He is definitely on my A list and he will be the 1st person I call if I have another issue.

After waiting for another furnace company to call me back with a quote, I got tired of waiting and through Angie's List found Sycamore Heating and Cooling had very high marks. Called and they were out the next day to give me a quote. Removed the old system and installed new without paying up front. We will only be using these folks in the future.

I can't compliment Aaron enough. I had to call on Christmas day which I hated to do it but not only was he very responsive, he couldn't have been nicer. He is trustworthy and professional. I know as a single female I worry about getting "ripped off" and he has restored my faith in honest people - will be recommending him to all my friends and family!

Aron was able to make it the home early the next morning and fixed the fuse and the thermostat is working again. THANK YOU !! Amazing and will refer to everybody I know for the great work, quick responsiveness and fair price.

Excellent experience! Over 90 degrees outside, and our central A/C was not blowing air in the house. This was due to the furnace fan not working. Sycamore Heating and Cooling came the same day I called them, and showed up exactly when they said they would. Truly professional. The technician assessed the issue, explained to me that my circuit board for the furnace was bad, and promptly installed a new circuit board. Everything is working perfectly. Again, excellent experience. Very honest people. Highly recommended.

I have been travelling a lot for business and returned home at 2 am on Friday, 10/10 to find that my furnace would not run. I called Aaron at 7:30 Friday morning. I was not able to schedule an appointment for another day as I was leaving again for business travel for the next week. As my elderly mother lives with me, it was very important to get the furnace taken care of before I left again. Even though he had a full day booked already, he squeezed me into his schedule and repaired the furnace in 15 minutes. Aaron is the most honest and helpful contractor that I have ever worked with. I will use his company for my heating and air conditioning needs for as long as I live in Cincinnati.

Their services have gone very well. They are very reliable and trustworthy. One time they repaired the AC free of charge. They are very flexible with scheduling and make it a priority to come as soon as they can. They are also very honest and professional.

This is the second HVAC job that Aaron did for us. He previously replaced a cooling unit in the summer of 2012. He is "our guy" for heating and cooling at our home and our rental property next door. He has integrity first and foremost. He honestly assesses the problem and advises on whether to replace or repair - no scare tactics to try to convince you to replace. In the case of the cooling unit, which was about 25 years old, he tried to repair it first, stating that it might not work but was worth the try. Well, it shortly went back out, but Aaron came right back out and, as promised, credited the amount I paid for the repair to the replacement cost. He also replaced the thermostat. He gives several price options to fit within your budget and needs. He is easy to contact and responsive. He charges a very fair price. He is pleasant person. I highly recommend him.

Coldest day of the year and our furnace goes out. We have 2 children (1 newborn). The owner of the company, Aaron Lammers, came out on a Sunday to help. He is very nice, trustworthy, and very professional. We have heat again! So glad we called.

While trimming a bush near my outside air-conditioner I accidentally poked a hole in the copper Freon pipe with the electric hedge trimmer. The Freon completely leaked out. I went inside and immediately went on the computer and checked on Angie's List for a contractor with an "A" rating across the board. I found Sycamore Heating & Cooling. I called Aaron on a late Sunday afternoon around 5:20 p.m. Explained to him the situation & asked if he could do an emergency repair. The outside temperature was around 90 degrees. I knew it was after hours but I was desperate! The temperature was expected to be in the 90's all week and I had to work the next day. He was so incredibly nice about it. He agreed to come out and fix the repair. He arrived about 30 minutes later and immediately got to work. He was very professional and knew exactly what needed to be done. He finished the job in a short period of time. The bill was less than estimated. I could not have been happier with his service. He was fantastic to work with. I would not hesitate for a moment to call him again or recommend him to neighbors or friends.

I called on a Friday night (after hours) and Dan answered. He explained the cost of the initial visit and came promptly. I was very pleased being that it was late at night and he still came. Other companies told me I had to wait until the next morning. Dan came within an hour and was very friendly. He checked everything out and told me I needed to buy a new HVAC but he wasn't aggressive with trying to sell me his. He gave me some options and explain what was best, considering my situation. He was honest, quick, and helpful. I really appreciated his service. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family.

Aaron was able to come out and give me an estimate within a day of me contacting him. He offered to check over my air conditioner to verify what the previous service technician had said was wrong. He offered me the alternative of repairing it (at a much lower price than the original service technician) or replacing it. He gave me a couple of alternatives to replace it and encouraged me to get other estimates. After I decided to go with Aaron doing the work, he was able to install the unit within a week. I had some concerns about the piping integrity on the original pipes. He vacuum tested the pipes and gave me a 5 year warranty on them. Overall, Aaron was professional, efficient, cost effective and a pleasure to do business with. I intend to use him for all my heating and cooling needs in the future.

I would say that was the best work by a service person that I have seen.
