Great, I was pleased.

Sustainergy team was very professional, punctual, and clearly did good work. They also did a great job of cleaning up afterwards and stayed as long as it took to complete the job as originally discussed. I would recommend them if you need any creative solutions to help with increased energy efficiency, cold or drafty rooms, or avoiding a frozen or burst pipe in your future.

We worked with Flequer -- he was great -- spent over an hour at our home walking through with us, pointing out various potential energy conservation measures and their expected payback. He then worked with us to prioritize since we didn't have an unlimited budget. We ended up deciding to insulate the attic first, and prioritize other projects for future years. He also did all the paperwork for us to qualify for a $250 rebate from Duke Energy -- the check arrived a couple months later, and he did all the work! Our home is much more comfortable and the project was worth every penny. The company is worker-owned which means all their crew -- from sales to installation -- are incentivized to do the job right so they don't have to come back. A great experience -- we will certainly use them again.

The sales person was the most honest and trustworthy, you can not go wrong with then, our house is way more comfortable. Friend of my looked in the attic, he came down and sad, this is the best job of installation I ever seen.

This was a scam from the beginning. When the contractor was contacted they stated that the service they provided was free of charge to all but Angie's customers who paid 49 USD. They come out for free to give an estimate for work to be completed later. Shows Angie's cannot be trusted. Won't be buying anything else.

Went very well. They arrived on time . After the audit they made a few recommendations and wrote up a proposal. No pressure . We thought the proposal was very reasonable and have made an appointment with them to implement their recommendations.

Great - they were awesome.

No problems, the work was good.

They were excellent. Very clean, went above and beyond. They did a really nice job. They test it before and after they do the job and they give you the results so if you can get money back from the government you have the paperwork. Any little touch up paint they needed to do they did. They put tarps throughout the hallway so nothing would get into the carpet and they wore the little footed shoes. It was all done on one day. I thought the price was good, we had 4 quotes and they were competitive. Highly recommend.

I have nothing but great things to say about my experience with these guys. They were very knowledgeable and professional. I feel very comfortable referring my friends to sustainergy and plan to work with them again in the future.

Mr. Vera was friendly, outgoing, and willing and able to answer all questions. The presentation of what could be done to improve our energy savings was through and low pressure. We are able to have improvements done at our convenience.

Great company , taking the time and effort to evaluate the possible solutions . Didn't use any further service as our flat roof is also vented and no space for more insulation . But I have learnt a lot from him .

The work will be scheduled just as soon as my husband finishes some work in the attic. I can hardly wait to feel the difference and see the utility bill.

I trust this company, and would recommend them to anyone planning on doing energy efficiency auditing and/or insulation. I've appreciated their flexibility and candor, and I'm looking forward to moving forward with them for the job.
