Susanne was great. She has a lot of experience and remained calm and unflappable in every situation during the relocation process and purchase of our new home, which is saying something. There were many difficulties in negotiating the purchase price of our "new" home (it's 50 years old), from a difficult seller to needed repairs found on inspections. I was very anxious throughout the whole process, especially since I was in St. Louis and my husband was in Cincinnati, but Susanne did a great job of navigating choppy waters!

Susanne was ok as a sales agent, however we felt that both she and the buyer's agent were working for the buyer, her commission would not be affected much if we sold for $10K less than we wanted. However, it sold and for that we were grateful. As a buyer's agent was concerned, she was a total waste. We had no intention of using a buyer's agent but agreed to use her for the 1% reduction in commission for the sale of our home (from 7 to 6%). Susanne showed up for one meeting with the builder's rep. early on, then we never saw her again. No emails or phone calls, and she didn't even show up for the closing. No phone call to us. She did tell the builder's rep. that she didn't think we'd want her there. She did absolutely NOTHING as a buyer's agent except collect nearly $9500 in commission. DID NOT DESERVE ONE PENNY OF HER COMMISSION. Very unethical of her and her broker to accept it. Avoid at all costs.
