Superior Concrete and Epoxies

Install went well. The concrete spalled after one winter. I offered to pay for repairs since I had used de-icer in one area. (The International Council for Concrete Repair says that spalling is caused by either freezing during cure or by overworking the trowel. Freezing didn’t happen during cure. Too much work on the trowel brings water to the surface and weakens the top layer of the concrete). They mention that de-icers can accelerate the process. I went back and forth this summer trying to get this fixed. He came out 2 or 3 times. In late summer he stopped taking my calls and repsonding to repeated texts. I WILL NEVER HIRE HIM AGAIN. (I’m posting this on the BBB Site too).

Early on communication was very timely and helpful. During installation of the concrete an area had to be redone that caused deep areas that collect water. Then the wrong color was applied. This was corrected but left white rings over most of our porch. An attempt to correct this was partially successful. Since then there has been no further efforts to fix the porch and no response to calls or emails. I would not recommend this company

End product looks fantastic. Responsive as had to work to my availability schedule and the weather (dryness in order to apply product). Worked on weekend to get job done. Very happy.

We agreed on a price in April. They needed to wait until weather warmed up before starting. 2 months went by and I never heard from them so I re contacted them. They told me they'd do the job right after the 4th of July. That date came and went. I contacted them numerous times after that and received no reply. Finally I wrote a review on their Facebook page about never hearing from them. They deleted it. No response.

Set an appointment for an estimate, they canceled the first day. The second day no call no show, not very professional.

They returned a call, and set up a time to come to provide an estimate the next day. They did not show. There was no follow-up call to cancel, or reschedule.

No one ever came over to give me a quote. The company called and said that someone would be out to give us a quote but never showed up or even called to say that they could not make it. Called back the next day asking what happened...no response. Evidently they don't need the work or are too busy to respond for a small job. If that is the way this company responds I would be leary of hiring them. That is my opinion!

They never returned the call to even set up a time to give an estimate.

Scott, Jerry and Jesse were great! They always showed up on time and finished the job in a timely manner. They were very easy to work with and the new patio turned out beautiful. They left the yard and driveway a bit messy but that was no big deal. I would definitely contact Superior Concrete and epoxies again.

Scott and Jerry did a complete renovation of our basement floors (aprox 800 sq ft.) They truly listened to my desires and made sure to explain all possible options and limitations that could lie ahead. Amazing attention to detail and incredibly responsive. The end was everything and more than I was hoping for. You made my family very happy and proud of our new basement floors. We enjoyed working with all of you. THEY WAS THERE 3 DAYS IN A ROW AND EVERY DAY THEY WAS ON TIME AND EXPLAINED WHAT THEY WAS GOING TO DO FOR THE DAY, WHEN THE JOB WAS DONE IT WAS LIKE THEY HAD NEVER BEEN THERE, IT WAS CLEAN AS IT WAS BEFORE THEY STARTED OTHER THAN THE FLOOR LOOKED UNBELIEVABLE, I KNOW OTHER PEOPLE THEY HAVE DONE JOBS FOR AND THEY HAVE HAD THE SAME OUTCOME!
