Frank was helpful and responsive throughout. Arrived on time for initial measuring with plenty of samples and explained the various products. Gave an estimate on the spot and stuck to his number, which was $300 lower than the cost of another company. I did save money by tearing out the old carpet myself, as I wanted to ensure I could seal away some pet odor. Frank let a few samples with me for a few days while I made a decision, dropping them off and picking them up himself. On installation day they arrived right on time and finished the job in about 5 hours. I got a call on my way home asking how I liked the results, which goes to show how professional yet personal Frank and his team are. When I did get home, The carpet was great, comfortable and the work seemed very high quality.

Crew: * The manager of the crew called that morning and he could not be there due to a doctor appointment time change. He assured me the team would be fine without him to get started and he would be there later. * The "team" was over two hours late because they got one car stuck on a concrete parking curb at the mall. * When the crew finally arrived, they seemed in a hurry to get the job done. * The crew manager (who I made the contract with) never did show up this day. Work: * There are several areas of the upstairs carpeted area that feel "loose", and bunched up. * We can feel lumps under the carpet in several areas, as if there was something there that wasn't cleaned up before the new pad and carpet were laid. * There are two spots that should have been cut out for the closet door tracks to go in, however, they just carpeted right over the track! * There was discrepancy over a walk-in closet being carpeted. In the end, it worked out OK because we tiled it; but they couldn't find documentation to show whether or not the closet was supposed to be purchased even though it was on the invoice, and they didn't have enough carpet for it. Final: I paid for this job in full, and we originally intended to have them install carpet in two rooms on the main level of the house, but I will not hire them for any other work.

It went very well. It two days but that was not an issues for issue. They took great care in moving our furniture, etc., and cleaned up after they were done.
