Waited for over 2 hours after scheduled appt time. Contacted Angi's 5 times. They attempted multiple times to reach the service provider. After 2.5 hours of waiting with no contact from the provider we were forced to contact another cleaning service for an emergency clean and the final cost was significantly more d/t the timeline. This provider should be ashamed and removed from Angi's. I wish it was possible to give 0 stars
