+ 0 moreNo problems, no issues. I would use them again if the price is right. Call around for pricing. Some hardwood floor refinishers charge far too much money. Do not pay more than $2.00 per sq foot.
Description of Work: This company did a good job on the floor in our small 1BR rental unit. The floors looked brand new when they finished.

+ 0 moreSuburban is the same Company I used over 10 years ago on my first house and did such a wonderful job and the prices were so reasonable that I called them again. They refinished 2 whole floors and added a new oak hardwood floor in the kitchen of my old house and now are refinishing the house that I just bought. I read the first report about them not calling back and that couldn't believe it because they have always had great customer service and I have used them twice. Brian from Suburban gave me his cell and never wanted any $ until the job was done and to my satisfaction. So I give them an A+
Description of Work: They refinished all floors in 2 different houses for me over the past 10 years. 10 years ago I bought an old house and they refinished the whole house in addition to adding new hardwood floor in the kitchen. I just bought a 60 year old house and they refinished (sanded and 3 coats of poly again) through out the entire house.

+ -1 moreALWAYS ARRIVED ON TIME. EXTRA ATTENTION TO DETAIL. OUTSTANDING CARE AND KNOWLEDGE OF WOOD. EVEN REPAIRED HOLES FROM OLD FLOOR ELECTRICAL OUTLETS THAT HAD TO BE REMOVED FOR ELECTRICAL INSPECTION. WASN'T EVEN INSTRUCTED TO DO SO (NO HIDDEN CHARGES). GREAT PEOPLE AND GOOD CLEAN-UP.
Description of Work: RESTORATION OF 100 YEAR OLD OAK FLOORING ORIGINALLY INSTALLED BY SUBURBAN HARDWOOD OF ST. BERNARD IN THE EARLY 1900'S. REPAIR OF HOLES LEFT BY OLD RADIATORS, SANDING, STAIN AND REPAIR OF QUARTER SAW OAK STAIRS. REPAIRED/RESTORED 6 16' X 16' ROOMS, HALLWAY, AND STAIR CASE. EVEN RE-USED OLD WOOD FROM JOB SITE SO EVERYTHING WOULD MATCH.
