After leaving a message, i was immediately called back by CJ... who is the owner or co-owner of the company. He is second generation in this industry, and was also an engineer. He was able to quickly meet me and provide an estimate for the services. Once i accepted the estimate, he was able to start working within a week! His crew of 3 did most of the work, were very professional and friendly. They worked Friday until ~8 pm to ensure the footer was complete, let it set a full day. Then proceeded to Lift the house on Monday, then again tuesday, and finallizing the setup Wednesday. Any time I called CJ, i would either get an answer or a reply within 5 minutes.

Todd was very responsive to my call and meet me at the house on the same day I called. He explained their approach and gave me a written estimate. We schedule the work to begin the follow week. Mike and his work crew finished their other job early and started on Saturday afternoon. They finished in 2 days and were very careful to work around my deck. Mike did not take any shortcuts and explained everything. I felt like they really cared and wanted to please me. End result is that I have a level room addition and it is not going to move again with a warranty to back it up! Thanks so much guys!

Let me first say that if I could, I would adopt the owner. He went so far above and beyond what he had to do, or needed to do to get our business, that I will be eternally grateful. If there was a rating above "A", he certainly deserves it. We were locked into a contract with another basement company to the tune of $21,000. He made us realize that they scared us into buying a submarine when all we needed was a rowboat. He took it upon himself to guide us in getting out of the contract without any guarantee that we would eventually go with his company. He said that that it just made him angry that another company was trying to take advantage of us. After getting out of the 'oversold" contract, CJ sat down with us and told us what we needed to do to fix the problem, and the best way to do it. He oversaw all the work and they were finished in two days. The workers that he had with him were so nice and professional, and worked extremely hard to get the job done, considering it was 90 degrees or above most of the time they were working. The price that he charged was 1/10 of the other company, and he also gave us a lifetime guarantee that the problem wouldn't come back. For two retired people, this gave us a great feeling, and we knew we had made the right decision. If you need any basement work done, or if there is a water problem anywhere in your house, I couldn't be happier with the results and would highly recommend this company. At least give him a shot to see if he can help you half as much as he helped us.

They are very good and very professional. They are very good at what they do. They were very efficient and got the job done quickly. They also did a good job at cleanup. Their price was the best out there.

Had some estimates from other companies, that were very high and also companies were very pushy. Ken, a licensed engineer, came in and has the knowledge and education to give suggestions and cost effective solutions to my project. Ken did not come in and act like a used car salesmen. Gave me the correct quote for what was needed for the job. They did a great job. Did everything the way they said they would. Showed up on time, and finished on time. I am very happy with the overall experience. My basement leaked every time it rained, and with the recent rain it was completely dry. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs basement repair.
