+ -1 moreKevin was very thorough and thoughtful in his investigation and looked at everything he could for evidence of movement. There was plenty of evidence of slippage, but the big question is: Is the total of 2" of movement the result of 55 years of slow change since the house was built or is most of the movement recent, meaning, we should stay away from buying this house? Kevin could not tell for sure, so in the end, we were no wiser than before, but $300 poorer.
Description of Work: After the whole house inspection, there were enough cracks and signs of movement, we hoped to determined if the house was falling down the hill before we decided to purchase.
