He always comes as promised and no matter what gets the job done. From the initial time when my lawn was being established to now, years later when my home is under construction, Mark continues to give me the confidence that he and his crew will take care of my irrigation system—keeping my lawn and flower beds well kept. I highly recommend Stewart Development for your lawn care needs.

I wrote the original review in 2005 for this company. Since then, I have used them for the semi-annual serving of the system. They mail a reminder twice a year for making an appointment; you do have to leave a message and then Mark will call you back. They have arrived on time for appointments and are always professional and know what they're doing. I think Mark resolved the problems that occurred in the past. A neighbor also uses them, at my recommendation.

They are a lawn irrigation company. They were reasonably priced, but they did not do what they promised. Their service was really awful. I had to file a grievance against them with the Better Business Bureau. They are not members of the Better Business Bureau and were uncooperative when they contacted them. I terminated my relationship with them. I would never ever use them again.

We have used Stewart for 5 years because they were recommended to us by the people who sold us our house. We have decided that we will no longer use the company. Last fall, they sent a guy who looked like a teenager to winterize our system. He looked somewhat fumbling and incompetent. In the spring, we discovered that a pipe leading from the backflow device to the control system had ruptured. Apparently this pipe was not evacuated during the winterization service and since it is located in our garage it froze over the winter. The company is very difficult to get ahold of even under normal circumstances. They rarely answer the phone and usually you have to leave a message. When we called about this we got the runaround. The company owner didn't call us back for days. When he finally did call back he said he would come over himself and fix it but never showed up and never answered our subsequent phone calls. We finally called our plumber to get it fixed. We've decided we won't tolerate such unprofessionalism any longer and have selected a different company. So long, Stewart Development.

HAD TROUBLE GETTING RETURN PHONE CALLS; HAD TO HUNT DOWN THE OWNER. IT TOOK 5 VISITS OVER 2 WEEKS TO INSTALL THE SYSTEM. MARK IS VERY NICE AND SINCERE, BUT SEEMS UNORGANIZED IN SCHEDULING HIS CREW TO COMPLETE WORK IN AN EFFICIENT MANNER. I HAD TO TAKE DAYS OFF WORK AND REPEATEDLY LEAVE WORK EARLY BECAUSE IT TOOK SO LONG TO GET THE WORK DONE.
