+ -1 moreWONDERFUL. STEHPEN WAS PATIENT AND EASY TO GET A HOLD OF AND TALK TOO. OUR PROJECT DRAGGED ON OVER 2 YEARS WITH BREAKS IN THE PROJECT OF UP TO 6 MONTHS. HE WORKED WELL TO ACHIEVE WHAT WE WANTED OVER 3 DIFFERENT DRAFTS. ALTHOUGH I HAD HEARD ARCHITECTS COST ABOUT 10% OF TOTAL PROJECT COST, I WAS HAPPY TO FIND OUT STEPHEN ONLY COST US $6000 OF OUR $160,000 PROJECT.
Description of Work: REDESIGNED OUR MAIN LEVEL AND NEW ADDITION. ADDED NEW FAMILY ROOM AND MOVED OUR KITCHEN, BATH AND FAMILY ROOM.

+ -1 moreOUR PROJECT TOOK OVER TWO YEARS IN THE MAKING AND HE'S BEEN VERY WONDERFUL AND PATIENT. HE WAS ALWAYS ON TIME AND VERY EASY TO GET A HOLD OF, AND WORKED THROUGH SEVERAL CHANGES WE REQUESTED WITHOUT PROBLEMS. HE IS VERY CREATIVE, HAD SOME GREAT IDEAS, AND GREAT PRICE.
