We use them twice a year, once in the winter and once in the summer. I would absolutely use this provider again.

Tim sent his technician Tyler to install my new A/C unit. Tyler has worked on my furnace & air before and we think very highly of him.. My equipment is @20 years old so I knew this was coming. Tyler is hands down the absolute BEST at what he does! He is very intelligent, super nice, very honest & straight forward. He came over quick so I didn't have to suffer in the sweltering heat. It was God awful hot out. I tried to get him to take breaks, but he was laser focused on the task at hand. The install went smooth and fast. Fired right up and it had been running like a champ ever since. Happy to report it is a crisp 68 degrees even on the hottest most humid days. AHHHH! Tyler, you sir, are the BEST! Stop by anytime, your like part of our family. Steinhauer htg. & Clg. is my company for life! You will never meet a more honest man than the owner, Tim. He has been doing HVAC for probably 30 years. He is super ethical, very nice and accommodating. He works for all my family & most of my friends & acquaintances.

Very very knowledgeable and professional ..My service man was so kind and really knew what he was doing! When I had any questions, he answered them honestly and in layman's terms. He serviced and replaced what was necessary and did not try to sell me anything that was not! He was a very clean young man and represented his company well. He left no mess of any kind. The only evidence that Steinhauer had even been to my home was the wonderful cold air now blowing from my vents and the large grin on my face! Steinhauer Htg. and Clg. has a customer here for life and I highly recommend them to everyone I know!

Tim Steinhauer is amazing. He is honest and kind and always does a great job. Steinhauer services our heater in the winter and the AC in the summer. When our old units go kaput, Steinhauer will replace them for us. We are living on 'borrowed time' for both of our units but they have both been repairable so far. Steinhauer is honest and that means a lot to us. We would definitely recommend them!

The work was covered under warranty. We like them a lot. They are honest, reliable and knowledgeable about fixing and repairing anything. They never sell anything that we don’t need. If they ever make a mistake, they have enough integrity to tell us about it and will come back and fix it.

I can talk to him via e-mail. He is an all around good guy. He does a lot of work for my family. He is really personable, upfront and honest. He tells you straight up.

From beginning to end it was easy. No mess left for me, and just a few hours without heat when he installed the furnace.

Tim (Steinhauer) came out right away and examined our failed AC unit. He discovered that one of the valves was slowly leaking freon and needed to be replaced. He explained that replacing the valve would not be cost-effective (i.e., extremely expensive) on such an old unit. We asked him if he could keep it going a little while longer while we gathered estimates for replacement of the unit. He worked on the unit for awhile and topped off the freon in the system and it was able to run several weeks longer (during a 90 degree heatwave). Tim responded very quickly, diagnosed the problem and gave us a workable short-term solution.
