+ -1 moreWork was completed 50% and paid for 50%. Not satisfied with work and choose a new provider. SpeedCo decided to put a lien on the property for greater than the remaining 50% of the Quote.
Description of Work: Membrane roof, skylights, coping, etc.

+ -1 moreI got a strong recommendation for Speedco Construction from a co-worker, and I could not be happier. They were responsive, and did a great job. At the end of every day, everything was neatly cleaned up. In addition, they found a hole up under one of the eaves and it turned out that we had a raccoon living in our attic. They brought out a live trap, helped us get rid of the raccoon, and then permanently sealed up the opening. Great service... very responsive to questions, and their price was significantly less than a couple of other highly rated roofers from Angie's List. Highly recommended.
Description of Work: Tear off existing shake roof down to the wood deck, and replace with dimensional shingled roof.
