Everything went great with initial contact Ian was very responsive and punctual with discussions pertaining to my counters. I was very clear to him that my schedule was of essence. I made every effort to answer any questions met with him at a local Lowes to leave a down payment and also remind him how important it was for me to get counters early the following week. Yes we did have cold temps that week ,but it was excuse after excuse why he could not fabricate my counters on time.shipping companies couldn't get him material , the glue was froze , had to rent space from his friend to fabricate,also blamed ups for delivery issues. So he delivers the counters on Friday.I asked if he would give me a break on the cost due to the fact my occupancy inspection had to be rescheduled due to his lack of effort to meet my schedule. That's when all the excuses were laid on me and he made no concession to reduce the cost. I also paid for 4 inch backplashes that were about 3 inches I questioned him about the discrepancy and his lame excuse is you measure the backsplash from under the counter top. And that is an industry standard. Also he provided another splash that was too long and he says you just cut them in the field. In the past with other Corian fabricators the would provide me the cut outs from the sinks to use as cutting boards, Not with Ian. Be very careful if you use his services shop around . One last comment I paid a premium for his services I had lower estimates and Ian assured me he could meet my schedule. So now the only satisfaction I have is writing this review.
