Came on time. Did an excellent job. Was neat and respectful of house. Very nice person!

Gar arrived on time and began work on inside. Cleaned windows inside & out. Been using SOW for at least 5 years and they always do outstanding work; the best! Already scheduled 2 washings for 2016.

Roy arrived on time and proceeded to get to work immediately. He did an outstanding job and made our home's windows gleam as never before. Courteous, considerate of our home (he wore shoe covers), and made sure we were happy with the results before he left. Simply outstanding, I would recommend S.O.W. again and again!

They arrived on time and went right to work. Very nice guy. He even wore booties in the house and was amazingly careful not to make any mess in the house. He also gave me some tips on cleaning my own screens. Very helpful.

Came out and determined estimate of job which was emailed. Called day before to confirm appointment. Showed up on time to complete job. Left area spotless.

When he arrived he told me where he intended to start and in which direction he was going to work. For personal reasons I asked him to start in a different place, which he did, cheerfully. He worked swiftly and well. Even with with a short rain delay he was finished long before I thought he would be. Each time I went to check on him he was already somewhere else. As he left he suggested a plan for future cleaning which could actually save money!

He showed up on time. He did a great job and it only took him 3 hours. He was very neat, no spilled water. It would have taken me and my wife several days and 40 rolls of paper towels. Great value.

When I phoned for an estimate, I explained exactly what I wanted, which was to have the windows cleaned on both sides, inside and out. Also explained that since we have casement windows, I preferred to just open the windows so that both sides could be cleaned from the outside. Past experiences with other window cleaners slopping water everywhere have made me cautious. They said that would be no problem. I was pleasantly surprised when we got a visit and a written estimate almost immediately so we made arrangements to have the work done. The cleaner showed up at the agreed time but when I reiterated that I expected to simply open the windows so both sides could be cleaned from the outside, he was not receptive to that idea. Ultimately I agreed to have the work done the way he wanted which meant that we had to remove all the screens, remove anything that was on any windowsill, move anything else that was in the way, then replace it all. He offered to help with those things but since I have valuable crystal, trophies, clocks, and antique items on or near the windowsills, the safe thing to do was to move it all ourselves. That said, he did do a good job, didn't damage anything and the windows look great. He mentioned that there would be no need to clean the windows inside for at least a year and that cleaning just the outside would be about half the price of doing both sides. We might use SOW in the future to clean the outside, but I will probably try to find someone else when it's time to do the whole job again.

OUTSTANDING job from S.O.W Window Cleaning, so glad I called a professional, my windows look amazing. It's been two weeks and lots of rain- my exterior windows look as good as the day they were cleaned. Professional, on time and great job. Will use them again in the future.

They did a WONDERFUL job! They are coming back in June to wash our windows again. Little hint... they are very busy and when I called in April - the next available day that worked for both SOW and myself wasn't until June 3rd! Call them early!

Roy was on time for both the quote and the service. Very professional and friendly. Once he arrived he went right to work with care at every step. We have a very large home and a ton of windows some three stories high. I had three quotes and S.O.W. was not the cheapest but I certainly got more than I paid for. Get job and would recommend to all. No games, no pressure only honest and hard work.

He worked really hard all day long to clean all the windows in my home. We booked pretty far in advance but they were really good. The guy was really diligent and worked consistently from about 8am - 4 pm.

OMG, this company is FANTASTIC. The price was right, they were prompt and did an excellent job. We just moved into our house and the windows were filthy - probably had not been washed in years. I am picky - so picky I have been washing my own windows for years because no one meets my expectations. But this task was WAY too much for me because the windows were sooooo dirty. The windows now S.P.A.R.K.L.E.! We have gorgeous views and I wake up every morning with a smile on my face! I recommend this company HIGHLY!!!! I am so glad I found them on Angie's List! Being new to the city, Angie's List has been the only way to find good service providers.... Of all the companies I found, this one was the BEST!!!! Thank you S.O.W. for putting a smile on my face!

The service went very well. They were able to fit us in and were very flexible with our schedule. I really liked how accommodating they were. One technician come out and competed the job in about 1 hour. I was not home while they did the service but they did a fine job.

SOW did great work. I was referred to them in the spring, when all the other window cleaners were telling me I would have to go onto their waiting list and wait 6 weeks. SOW came out and did a great job. When they called for a follow-up this fall, I didn't hesitate to schedule them again. I'm glad they called! I don't notice the windows until they are very, very bad. Now we're on top of it. In fact, I just booked them for an outdoor clean only in December. Just in time for the holidays! Friendly, professional, quick, and a great overall value!

The window cleaner arrived at the set time of the appointment and then reviewed the scope of the work with me. He made some recommendations on how to manage some of the mold and mildew in the window trays. He attended to his work and there was no down time. All windows were cleaned when he finished to my expectations.

It went like it has gone for the last fews years that SOW has provided this service to me, fantastic. I contact them directly. Their office staff is courteous and knowledgeable. A date is agreed upon and the service men are there promptly on that date. One would think with the scope of the job that all the activity could be distracting. Not at all. You hardly know they are here. My windows, screens and skylights look wonderful when they have finished. They are very professional and respectful. I feel very comfortable when they are in my home. I did have an occasion this year to call them back because a small skylight in the back of the house was missed, not bad our of 56 windows, screens and skylights. I called the office and told them if they wanted to come back by when they were in the neighborhood that would be fine. It was approximately 30 minutes later that SOW knocked on the door ready to clean that final window. I can't imagine using anyone else. Leah Balsly
