Description of Work: Gar arrived and went right to work. We have very tall Pella 4 part Windows with built in storms and the inside of the storms had not been cleaned in the last few years. Gar explained the cleaning material he would be using and the process they had. Initially my husband had only wanted the windows cleaned and not the exterior doors or basement. After seeing the Windows my husband wanted him to do the doors and basement. What a difference. We had had the interior and exterior Windows cleaned a couple of years ago but hadn't noticed much of a change. This time we noticed that the windows were completely clean. We both are very impressed. Susan, who coordinated the scheduling, was very helpful. We are very grateful and would highly recommend S. O. W. To others.
